Easy setup with automatic registration. Online download simple. Great picture. Learning the controllers for 1 or 2 players. Should be fun including grandkids.

This is totally unacceptable. This is a gift for my grandson and he loves it it but customer service pickup was unacceptable wait time!

The only reason that it isn't a 5 is the grip can become uncomfortable and my hands start to ache. So if you are planning on a lot of mobile gaming, get an additional grip cover. Improved the handling a whole bunch.
