I'm more of a casual gamer and I love my switch! The bigger screen looks flawless and the touchscreen works well even with a tempered glass screen protector. Sometimes it is a little big for me to hold but the included joycon controller is perfect for me!

Love the Nintendo Switch 2, despite there being only one Nintendo game at launch they delivered in being able to play switch 1 games, like both Zelda’s and free updates to others to make them more standard for 2025. When I heard about the Switch 2, all I really cared about is that it was just a better switch, so those games that didn’t run well on the original switch can now hit their frame caps. Another thing about the Switch 2 I wanna mention is that it has this new mouse mode for games that play better with a mouse, Which was really cool and puts it over Playstation and Xbox in my eyes. The Joycons themselves are okay, definitely better than the old ones for the Switch 1, the sticks are a bit too sensitive. The GameChat and built in Microphone into the Switch 2 works really well and sounds great, it filters out background noises and you can even talk from super far away and your pals will be able to hear you great. Mario Kart World is a great switch 2 game and excites me for the new ones to come, a perfect example of a great nintendo game. The Nintendo Switch 2 is a great package especially if you get Mario Kart World with it, definitely worth it.

The Nintendo Switch OLED is everything I hoped for and more! The upgraded OLED screen is absolutely stunning, the colors are brighter, the blacks are deeper, and every game feels more alive. Playing titles like Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom or Mario Kart looks breathtaking compared to the original model. The enhanced audio is another pleasant surprise. Whether docked or in handheld mode, the sound is clearer and more immersive, making long gaming sessions even better. The wider kickstand is a game-changer too, it feels sturdy and makes tabletop gaming with family so much easier. Battery life is solid, setup is seamless, and the portability makes it perfect for both at-home play and gaming on the go. It truly feels like Nintendo perfected an already amazing console. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade, this is the version you want. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent product. Larger screen and better display make the experience stronger that the switch 1

Our boys received this from Santa for Christmas and absolutley love it! The larger screen and easy to remove control handles are awesome improvements to the new platform. We are excited to see what games come out, while still being able to use the old games as they are backwards compatible.

Switch 2 is an excellent console for both kids and adults. We’re having a great time with it and have deemed it a worthy follow up to the original Switch console. The big screen helps a lot for older family members with visibility issues and the joycons are very comfortable. I haven’t noticed any drift yet but we’ll see.

The Switch 2 is an amazing upgrade from the Switch 1. It is fast, better graphics. It doesnt have the best battery if it isnt being charged. So if you travel a lot get a external battery for it.

The Switch 2 feels like a completely different platfom than the Switch. It works so much more flawlessly than the first one. The Best Buy that I purchased my console from was extremely helpful, and made my trip to Best Buy verysmooth!

An excellent console, now bring on the games!! Many improvements over the original in every way imaginable. Feels more premium, has a better screen, the buttons are bigger, decent battery life, magnetic joy cons are amazing. I can’t wait to see what comes out for this thing in the future.

Great little console, perfect for the kids! Plenty of power very noticeable compared to load time on previous console. Beautiful screen and fidelity! Will get another one soon! The controller is my only gripe a little awkward for my large hands, but seems great for the kids.

I love everything about the Switch 2: 1) The bigger & faster screen, 2) The more comfortable joy-cons, 3) The faster frame-rates and higher resolution in games. I think that is price difference is definitely warranted (when comparing it to the Steamdeck, ROG Ally, etc.)

Another amazing release from Nintendo! My kids love the new Switch 2. The controllers are a lot easier to detach and manage so less likely to get broken during play. The graphics are amazing and definitely stand up to the other systems we have in the house. I love that they made the system backwards compatible since my family has a ton of Switch games already. This is definitely a recommended purchase especially if you have a family that loves to play games together.

My Grandson's are loving this. They would give it 10 stars if they could. I played a game with them and it was easy for me to use as well, so I like it too!!!!

I’m really enjoying the Nintendo Switch 2 so far, it's a noticeable step up from the original Switch in all the right ways. The improved graphics make games look sharper and more vibrant, and the faster processing speed makes everything feel smoother, from loading times to gameplay performance. It still has that classic Switch versatility, but with a much more modern, responsive feel. Overall, I think the Switch 2 is a great purchase and definitely worth upgrading to if you loved the first one or just want a fun, powerful handheld console.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a huge upgrade. Performance feels smoother, load times are faster, and the graphics look noticeably sharper in both handheld and docked mode. Battery life is solid, and the new features make gameplay more immersive. It keeps everything great about the original, just better overall.

When the Switch first got released, I got lucky and found a Best Buy that had some in stock the morning after the midnight release. The console had the typical 1st gen issues (overheating and drifting). When the Switch 2 was announced my boys both saved up to buy it. One bought it at Best Buy and the other at another retailer. The one who bought it from the other retailer received it on release day. The one who bought from Best Buy did not. In fact, the console from Best Buy was shipped from NY to Florida on release day. It was expected to arrive two days later, but a problem from the freight company made it another day late. The purchase from Best Buy was the bundle with Mario Kart. Both boys say the performance of the console is much better than the original Switch. That performance improvement is whether used as a handheld or connected to the TV. The expense of the express SD card has held up those purchases, but the on-board memory has been sufficient so far. They are both still waiting to get cases and other accessories which will probably be when they finally take a break from playing.

Nintendo did a great job of improving on an already great console while not overthinking it and changing the things that worked. The new joy cons feel even more premium, the magnetic attachment is addicting, and the larger size makes them feel much better if using a singly joy con for gaming (i.e. local play on Mario Kart with friends). Screen is larger and comes with a built in screen protector which balances not being too bulky when in handheld mode while not feeling to small. Kick stand is also a HUGE upgrade. Also, a lot of the negatives have more to do with the launch lineup (which isn't an issue with the console itself but Nintendo release time frame or decision making) and because people think naming it Switch 2 is the equivalent to the Wii U debacle. For some reason people seem to forget that other companies create a product and just use a numbering system for their next iteration (PS1, PS2, PS3, iPhone X, iPhone XI, iPhone XII, Galaxy, tablets, etc). Easily the best handheld gaming experience, the steam deck is unwieldy compared.

Switch 2 is absolutely amazing! Insane build quality, runs buttery smooth, and full backward compatibility means all my old games look and play better than ever. Nintendo nailed it best console I've ever owned! Games like Zelda Tears of the Kingdom run way smoother than on the previous generation it was worth every single dollar spent on this console."
