Great device and great graphics. Love playing multiplayer

Console came okay but the download code for Mario Kart did not work. I had to go through customer service for them to give me a new code.

Solid upgrade but does feel over priced. More games at launch would have been nice as well. Overall I’m satisfied.

Sysyem works great and plays old games better. Just wish the price was a little better ro puechase.

My switch 2 came swith stick drift on my right joycon. Nothing has been done about it so far but besides for that, the purchase and console has been great. For the price tag, and the fact its new, the right joycon coming out defective out the box is a big let down

-1 star for Nintendo saying you cant fix your own switch or they’ll brick your whole system, -1 for lack of performance/quality and -1 more star for the price. Recently played Mario Kart World and although it was fun my wife and I pretty much finished it in a couple of days. The open world is single player so that was a massive disappointment. If the Switch 2 cant handle 2 people split screening an open world game like Mario Kart World then why is it $500? A $500 console should be able to handle something like that. Now youre probably reading this review and thinking well its $500 because you can also travel with it but from what Ive seen the screen scratches far too easily and the controllers could easily break off if you drop it so definitely do the Geek Squad protection. Last thing Ill say is there are other handheld gaming devices for around the same price with much better performance. The switch 2 isnt a $500 console and certainly didnt feel any better than my normal switch.

Such an underwhelming console. its a bit to high priced for what you're getting out of the box. their game price increases are pretty absurd. looks nice when you hook it up to your tv and stuff not sure if its worth the price. but if you like mario kart and i guess now donkey kong go for it. i would say hold off for a price drop or something worth buying on it to come around. You're not missing out on much. Most of the time you get under 3 hours of play time on battery. Still like my OLED switch more.

It's a fine console. I mean I really wanted to play DK Bonanza, so I like it pretty good

Plays the latest, and questionable games from nintendo, JOYCON SOCKET is loose and not reliable for handheld play

My grandson loves this. He's at the age of playing games

This is a review for the terrible experience while buying this item from Best Buy. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and had "same-day delivery" a service that ROADIE provides in my Area. Well guess what they never delivered, making the item as 'Delivery Canceled, Package was Not Ready.' Very shady, who knows if the carrier just stole it or what. So guess what, since the item is 1 per account I could not buy it again to be here on time. Best buy representatives could not help cancel that order so I could at least buy it back. Last representative hang up on me closed the chat and told me my conversation was unproductive. I am frustrated of course but I was always respectful . BUYERS BEWARE, if you need the item on the same day, never choose same day delivery by ROADIE. Do yourselves a favor and just go to the store in person. I wont buy this item from Best buy anymore just because of this awful experience. Will take my business somewhere else.

Wanna pay $70-$80 for video games that look (or very well may be) 10+ years old? Do you want to have absolutely no way to tweak games to your liking? Do you enjoy paying more money for the games that are half the price or even less on other platforms? Do you enjoy supporting a company that are trying to patent basic gameplay features? Did you enjoy the uncomfortable joy cons from the original Switch and wish you could have them again, still prone to stick drift, except they're slightly larger now? Do you want to pay more for a worse screen than the last Switch model? Well do I have the console for you!

So far i have no issues with it. Still prefer the NS Oled though.
