Yes, this is an expensive piece of hardware. However, this is also an investment in the future of Nintendo. This is truly a better Switch if you're a gaming enthusiast. A bonus is that the vast majority of your Switch library will not only work on this device, it'll run better than ever before. I still use my switch pro controller with the switch 2, however, it won't wake up the console because it's not a "Switch 2" controller - an easy work around is to just tap the power button on the docked console before you sit down. The device feels premium and less toy-like than the original Switch. If I had young kids, I would probably keep them on the original for now.

It’s a decent upgrade from the switch. Crisper. Faster. My only complaint is that the battery drains much quicker in sleep than the switch 1.

Use this all the time. Its exactly how the original switch should have been. Only downside is the mediocre initial storage, but can easily add micro SD express storage.

It maintains its great advantage of being hybrid (portable and desktop), ideal for playing anywhere. In addition, the catalog of games is still very varied and fun for the whole family. This bundle is a fun and easy way to get started with the Nintendo Switch 2. The console feels smooth and fast, and Mario Kart World is instantly fun for solo play or with friends. Setup was quick, everything worked perfectly, and it feels like a great value overall.

In love with Nintendo all over again. I don’t listen to people who go out and nit pick the ToS these new Switches are great they are bigger and feel better in your hands especially for someone with larger hands like myself. Only flaw I can find is the L and R buttons on the joycons come down to far on the side I’m always pressing them by accident but other then they they are a great system.

So much fun! The family loves it, the graphics are a big improvement and i like the new sleek look.

The upgraded switch is what every Nintendo fan has been wanting. The games I've been wishing for an upgrade have better FPS and graphics are smoother.

I love my Nintendo Switch 2! I played Mario Kart everyday for the first several weeks that I had it. I've since gotten other games and am enjoying playing them. I really appreciate the backwards compatibility, especially the games that have an upgrade for the graphics.

Excellent console. Controller can be split up and used by two people, although not as comfy. Mario Cart is pretty fun. Games from Switch 1 work fine. Storage could be a little bigger for downloaded games.

This is a huge step up in many cases compared to the switch 1. If you like playing in hand held mode then you will love this over the original, because just the screen alone is just as big as the switch 1 with both joycon’s attached. Super fast loading times, very smooth 60fps on the nintendo games, havent tried 3rd party yet, plus a lot of switch 1 nintendo games are getting little updates to their fps and anti-aliasing and resolution free of charge, so if you haven’t gotten to play them all, the switch 2 is the way to go.

The switch 2 was something I've been waiting for for a very long time. I honestly believe that this is a worth while upgrade from the first console. I love the higher resolution, HDR and framerates running on handheld and TV. I also don't think you should get one until there are games that you will actually play on it. Mario Kart World is a wonderful launch title, but DK Bananza truly showcases the power of the switch 2. Mario Kart is not worth $80 but if you get the bundle it's well worth $50 no questions about that.

Switch 2 is heavier, feels better made, plays better. Only issue I have is the battery life.

I ordered my Nintendo Switch 2 online from Best Buy for same-day pickup, and the process couldn’t have been smoother! Also, I used my Best Buy CC so i got 0% financing! The staff had it ready right away, and I was in and out within minutes. The Switch 2 itself is amazing.. my family and I play together all the time, especially Split Fiction and Mario Kart World. Tons of fun and definitely worth it!

Some buyers might be expecting a handheld what is as or more powerful than a modern PC. Im going into this purchase looking for a NINTENDO handheld that is more powerful than past prodecuts. Couldenr be more happy. I hope people lower expectations and learn to enjoy a great product. I feel like the average user this would be great for. This isnt a product who like to FAFO or mod. Just a solid product.
