I recently got the Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World Bundle, and overall, I’m very impressed with what Nintendo has delivered this time. The Joy-Con 2 controllers have a magnificent magnetic attachment that makes connecting and removing them feel smooth and satisfying – a big upgrade from the original. One of my favorite improvements is the larger screen, which offers bright colors, sharp resolution, and great visibility, even in bright environments. Whether you’re racing in Mario Kart World or exploring another game, the visuals look fantastic. Another major plus is backward compatibility. I love that I can still play my Nintendo Switch 1 games on this new console. It saves money and lets me continue enjoying my old favorites without needing to repurchase anything. As for the Mario Kart World game included in the bundle, it’s an exciting upgrade to the classic. It combines traditional tracks with new, global-inspired courses and adds more online features and challenges that keep the gameplay fresh and competitive. The only concern I have so far is the battery life. While it’s not terrible, I feel it could last longer, especially during longer play sessions in handheld mode. Ordered the Nintendo Switch 2 from Best Buy for in-store pickup and everything went smoothly. Pickup was fast and easy, and I was in and out within minutes. The Switch 2 itself feels like a solid upgrade—better screen, faster performance, and an overall more polished feel compared to the original. Setup was quick and painless. Very happy with the purchase and the pickup experience.

Switch 2 is an upgrade in every way. No more lag from switch one games. Experience is so much better, bigger screen is nice. Disappointed in the release schedule of new games. Not many fun ones. DK got old fast. Pokémon is repetitive stimming garbage. Waiting for some real story games or at least try’s with story. It really improves switch 1 games though.

Big upgrade to the original Switch. Especially in handheld mode. The screen alone is worth the price.

I had the first generation Nintendo Switch, which was enjoyable. But, it was time. Improved performance, graphics, and a larger size….it was just time! PLUS, picked up Mario Cart World in the bundle, which was a welcomed discount as opposed to buying separately.

The Nintendo Switch 2 has exceeded my expectations! The graphics are far superior to any system I have owned. I love that I can play it on my TV screen from across the room or handheld! I highly recommend it!

I recently bought a Nintendo Switch, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The flexibility of being able to play on the TV or on the go is amazing, and the performance is super smooth. Games like Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe look great and run flawlessly. The Joy-Cons are fun to use, especially for multiplayer sessions with friends and family. It’s the perfect mix of fun, portability, and great game selection—definitely worth every penny!

Nintendo has done it again. They fixed a lot of the complaints from the switch 1 and made the switch 2 even better. Upload times are super fast and the bigger screen and joy con2 controllers are a great upgrade. The joy con2 ergonomically feel much better than their predecessors. Game play has been fun and enjoyable.

I have been waiting for Nintendo's next console for a while, and I'm happy to say I'm really enjoying it so far, having been playing and using it for a little over a month now. I appreciate the substantial upgrade while having familiarity with the Switch 1. I mainly use it in docked mode with a TV, and it's excellent! New and older games I have played and tested work well, with some Switch 1 games getting a nice little performance bump to make the experience even better. Some things could be improved, such as the unfortunate lack of VRR in docked mode, as of now. (I am hopeful Nintendo can figure it out and bring it an update.) HDR calibration is a little weak, leading me to mess with TV settings and the console settings for a good image. And when I do use the console as a handheld, the battery life is less than desired. Not a terrible problem for me, as I primarily don't use it that way anyway. Still, it's also slightly uncomfortable to hold for extended gaming sessions. I even had the sides of the controllers pinch my skin a bit when holding it. However, it is definitely an improvement over the original, but still can be improved. Other than the price being a bit higher than I would or many appreciate for the console, and Switch 2 games, I still say it's worth it for people who have a Switch 1 to replay or experience new games, or someone who never had a Nintendo Switch at all as a great console to experience the hybrid console from Nintendo.

The console is everything I want it to be. The design is sleek and beautiful. It runs like a gem. And it gives me all that I could ever need out of a console. A portable video game console!

Switch 2 is an improvement over the Switch 1 in almost every way. With better graphics and framerate as well. Even some switch 1 games run and look better on this. The transfer process from a Switch 1 to 2 was seamless and easy to follow. It also didn’t erase my old one after the transfer which I appreciated. Specs added that were not in the Switch 1: -HDR (Available in both handheld screen and through the dock to your tv) -VRR (As of now it is only available when playing on the handheld screen) -4k and 1440p resolution -120 fps (Available depending on the game, also doesn’t work with 4k resolution) -Bigger handheld screen

Very happy with the switch two. The graphics are great and I like that you are still able to play original switch games. Battery life could be a little better when not docked. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a gaming console

The switch 2 is just a better performing switch 1 (the obvoius i know) if you got an oled or og just stick with that most games at the time of review don't take advantage of the better specs anyway. The weight of the console undocked doesn't sound like a problem until you realise how unergonomic it is the weight makes it harder to keep steady especially on car rides, which admittedly is just a minor annyonce until your aiming in any game.(seriously why not add a slight bump or some texture to the joycons it shouldn't cost much more.) So in short bigger more powerful switch they really should have done more with the exterior.

The Super Nintendo Switch 2 is much better than the 1st Switch, better graphics, bigger screen and much easier to navigate through the system. It is a must have for a gaming enthusiast like myself. Why have a Playstation 5 when you can have the best device that you can take anywhere.

A worthy upgrade to the original Nintendo Switch. Bigger screen, better resolution, still has excellent battery life - and the Joycons are a bit bigger and it makes a difference! (Even though I’ll probably still buy a grip attachment) I’ve had the Nintendo Switch 2 for a little over a week and playing games on it has to be experienced because words can’t express how amazing Pokemon Violet feels at a smooth 60FPS… words can’t express the resolution bump and FPS bump Mario Odyssey (already perfect game) experience in this transition. And there are plenty others that’ve taken advantage of the Switch 2’s extra horsepower. The Nintendo Switch 2 is worth the upgrade. Thank you Nintendo. I look forward to another wonderful 7 years of gaming greatness.
