Better than I though it would be big upgrade from the switch

Build quality and performance are excellent, very happy with the purchase. Just don't expect any of the accessories or games to come cheap

I had a day one switch model. About 3 model upgrades followed it and after skipping so many it seemed fair enough to get a switch 2. The hardware jump was worth it to me. However, if you have a switch oled, the latest switch 1 model, you could wait longer if you chose as many games are still coming out on both. However with many switch 2 coming 2026, itll soon be a must buy for those people as well

Good console with a good display, controllers are improved, and good features. Only gripe is the lack of improvement (or even downgrade in quality) for certain switch 1 games (chiefly nintendo switch sports).

So far no complaints, only had the switch2 for a short time.

Great buy!! Super easy setup!! Love that if you get the Nintendo membership you literally can download all of Nintendo older games. Slow download for virtual game that came with the system.

You can play the mario kart and if you already have a switch you can play those games too. Not that you couldnt already do that… it feels physically very solid though, so thats nice. And listen, nintendo is like the only company with exclusive content anymore so if you’re chasing that thrill of a 90s or 2000s console release this pale imitation may be your last opportunity. At least you’ll still get the good smells the first time you open the box.

Great system, noticeable updates from the original - Not too much in the way of new games to play yet.

Battery dies too fast and not much changed, if you have Oled, stick with it, you're not missing out.
