The console works fantastic! I want to give a shout out to Steve, the manager at the Best Buy near the Westminster mall in Westminster CA. My Nintendo Switch 2 box was damaged when I went to pick it up during the midnight release event and he was able to get it replaced for me. Every employee that was working that night at the midnight release event did a phenomenal job. Big Thank you to Steve!

Best handheld console out. Fun games to play. Needs more games

i upgraded from my switch oled im loving the bigger screen and the picture is so clear you would think its oled screen

This is by far the best console I have ever personally owned. Top notch exclusive Nintendo titles at 4k. A great big brother to the O.G. Switch system. Would absolutely recommend picking it up.

When first seeing the Switch 2, I was so excited especially since the system is backwards compatible with the original switch and launched with Mario Kart World. Despite the price and spike increase in games and accessories, the games so far play beautifully and load a lot faster. I mainly upgraded for the new Donkey Kong and Metroid game coming up, so I’d say grab one if you see one available!

The 1st item we received was broken so we have to return it. But the 2nd one we got is working fine

One of my favorite systems. Love all the rpg games it has. The upgrades to graphics make this one of best systems out.

Feels worth the hype, the graphics for things are genuinely a lot better and it actually runs games smoothly (That’s probably a low bar but hey it makes me happy). Same terrible joycon design, so if you plan to play on it a lot I definitely recommend getting a separate controller to avoid bad hand cramping. My Bluetooth controller for my switch 1 still connects to the switch 2 which is great.

loving it so far! great for single and double player

I love this thing. The storage, the screen quality, the dock quality. My only gripe is that the Mario kart game came loaded on and I didn't necessarily want it, I hoped I could sell it since there weren't any non bundles left. So that kinda sucked but pretty small negative imo

It is such a massive upgrade from the regular Nintendo switch. I been using up to almost a year primarily on portable mode and it’s been going strong. HOWEVER the battery life is like 3 hours MAX. For those who like to play on docked it won’t be much of an issue but it’s been a small problem for individuals like me who enjoys gaming on portable. But other than that I donff to have any other complaints.

The nintendo came quickly and safe. My son opened it and was very happy the transfer from his old switch to the new one im gladthe showed step by step before you do it . The dock us big and easy to connect. I love that it has a parent control app. It lets me see what his playing, and i can control how much time he uses it for.

The fact this is a hybrid system and can handle 4k 60fps or 1440p up to 120fps is pretty impressive. Graphics and gameplay performance is a huge upgrade compared to the Switch. I definitely recommend picking one up. It is up there is price, but for what you get on this system it is well worth it. Hopefully they get a little more competitive this time around and mid gen get up to 4k 120 fps.

Bought this for my son and he loves it. It's a bonus since the whole family can join and play altogether. Love that your able to take it on the go as well.

Switch 2 is amazing, it’s little over priced sure, but it is far better than switch 1. The exclusives for switch 2 are very worth buying the whole console

I got he switch 2 on launch day and it was rough at first but now I think it's definitely worth it there are so many first and third party games to play, I find myself playing on my switch 2 more than my pc

Honestly first gaming console I’ve bought in like 10 years super fun to play with family
