I did not have to wait very long to be waited on. Quick fast help. The person working with me answered all questions and they offered a payment plan for the item purchased. I asked about two different items. I settled for the Switch 2 + Mario World Bundle - Nintendo my grandson was requestion for Christmas. The person who waited on me was patient and knowledgeable about this product.

I’ve had every single Nintendo system since the Nintendo 64, & I’ve got to say, the Nintendo switch is by far the best. Not to mention the bigger display screen compared to the OLED switch. Great Console!

Expensive newer switch. If I didn’t have a computer already for steam I probably wouldn't have gotten. Build quality is better than switch 1 and in my opinion better than the OLED. I know others have a problem with the new screen ghosting but my older eyes haven’t noticed it yet. Love playing BoTW and ToTK with the updated graphics and the new Donkey Kong is amazing! Overall if you have $ to get I would say go for it. Just be ready to buy a micro express card as well.

Worth it. battery isn’t great, but that’s the only major flaw. I usually don’t game for hours in handheld mode, so it’s not a big deal. P.s. DONKEY KONG!

Best console I’ve had. As a dad of 2, this the handheld option is perfect.

Superb improvement over the original switch! As a comparison, I use my steamdeck quite a lot, and although the switch isn't a handheld pc, it certainly quenched the thirst of running first party nintendo games efficiently handheld and docked. The voice chat is nifty, could use improvements when discussing streaming quality however at least nintendo was honest in their console reveal, so it wasn't a surprise. I'm having fun using this handheld console, and I can't wait for Pokemon legends Z-A as well as the Duskbloods!

This is very good for family time my son and I enjoyed playing a couple of games, and also played the retro games, which is like being back in time. Excellent product, recommend

I love it, been hooked on to Pokemon but the system is great. I can actually feel the improvement from the first switch

My kids really enjoyed as they were able to place there old switch games on and they loved the new Mario kart but the one problem is the battery life as it drains really fast

Was gonna be a Christmas gift for the kids. Christmas morning we were all taken turns having a super Mario kart tournament. Reminds me of the good old days when me and my buddies would play super Mario kart on super Nintendo. Such a fun system, brought back a lot of older Nintendo games.

A big upgrade over the original switch and the open world mario cart is fantastic.

Very reliable with connection and I like how it comes with a holder to play Mario Cart game. I wish that the battery life was a little better but overall it’s been good so far.

So much fun, anyone can get into it. And I’m a PlayStation person!

The switch 2 is a lot faster than switch oled. The screen on the switch 2 looks good even though it’s not the oled on the switch oled. The joy cons are a lot bigger than the original switch which makes gaming on it a lot easier

Incredible system so far. Switch 1 games play better for the most part, even without upgraded content, the load times are loads faster. I recommend getting the online sub, as it is pretty inexpensive and comes tons of additonal retro games and free upgrades and dlc.

I absolutely love my switch 2. At first i was scared it would be too big, but it’s actually the perfect size when you want to play hand held. The battery life was terrible at first, but i did a system refresh just by doing a quick google search and it resolved the issues! I am so satisfied with my purchase!
