Good Console with still a limited catalog

I got Cyberpunk 2077 and runs very well. The bad point (up to Oct 2025) is the limited catalog of games, hopefully this won't be a problem in the near future

The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the screen feels more fragile and easier to scratch. This is a higher end console, and it feels fragile given the price range. I would been willing to pay more for a version that would have a much more rugged feel.

Runs all my switch 1 games amazingly. I wished some developers would optimzie it for switch 2 on some indie games, but overall no real issue.

A worthy successor

Most games, while not fully optimized for the Switch, enjoy a much more stable experience. Games that are optimized for the Switch 2 feel like brand new games. The 2nd charging port, while strictly only for charging, lets me charge the Switch while its kickstand is deployed. Worth getting for the longterm, especially if you get the bundle.

If you have the original Nintendo switch, this is a good upgrade that is worth it. The graphics are much better. My kids love it. We also love the Mario Kart World game.

The new magnetic joycons are a great improvement over the rails of the previous console. Maroo Kart World is super fun and my Switch 1 games all run amazingly on it. Definitely recommend!
