Switch 2 has gotten better since launch I love the new update for the older switch games now. If you don’t know about it look it up.

Kids were pumped to play the new Donkey Kong and Mario Kart

It’s powerful and runs all the games really well. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a 2nd generation product

So far all good as usual. I’m always treated good at Best Buy. That’s why I buy my computers, iPads ,games etc. products are always good,service outstanding. I tell all my friends. The Switch 2 is a good hardware improvement over the original. Nintendo continues the tradition of putting out great first party games with novel features. Unfortunately, they continue their tradition of having their online/DRM experience be rather poor. For instance, be sure to transfer your previous Switch if you have one at the startup process, otherwise making your new Switch 2 your primary console is a pain, requiring a factory reset. Animal crossing fans also need to be careful and follow directions exactly to transfer islands. TL;DR Great games and good hardware, not so great online and DRM experience

While the system itself is great in terms of gameplay the door ability once again is horrible. I don’t even let my younger kids play the system much ,only my oldest daughter, and yet the connectors for the controllers, broke, and once again the dock broke. It might even be worse than the original switch in terms of durability.

I think its a great console i have no complaints nintendo deliveredwhat was expectedand also what wasn't whichis always great and the Mario kart game is great nintendo really outdid themselves

Genuinely a great upgrade. It looks great, runs smoothly, a blast to play with friends or alone.

Nice console, flexible to play and more indicated to families in general due to the games available. The small controllers are not so confortable to play so I recommend to buy bigger additional ones to have a better experience.

I was skeptical since the first switch was good too but so surprised how much better the play is on the second one! I can't go back to the original! Must get! Totally recommend!

Awesome my son absolutely loves it. It was the only thing on his Christmas list and I made it happen. Even tho fedex shipped to the wrong house and literally caught an attitude with me about it! a neighbor brought it to my home after fedex left it on her porch days later. Aside from the shipping scare he is very thankful and loves his game!

I love it so much, graphics, storage, battery life, everything is so much better and faster, one of the best purchases Iv made this year!!!!

Very fun gaming system. We have been playing donkey kong and the graphics are definitely improved. The magnetic controllers are definitely an improvement also.

Better than the OG and worthy of the upgrade. Recommend.

Over all Enjoying my New switch , i do think the price could be a bit better but that is just my overall opinion.
