The screen don’t seem as great at the oled and battery life on it while undocked isn’t that great. Definitely better on your hands compare to the switch 1.

Nothing has been done about it so far but besides for that, the purchase and console has been great. For the price tag, and the fact its new, the right joycon coming out defective out the box is a big let down

Not a $500 console

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[Employee of bestbuy] -1 star for Nintendo saying you cant fix your own switch or they’ll brick your whole system, -1 for lack of performance/quality and -1 more star for the price. Recently played Mario Kart World and although it was fun my wife and I pretty much finished it in a couple of days. The open world is single player so that was a massive disappointment. If the Switch 2 cant handle 2 people split screening an open world game like Mario Kart World then why is it $500? A $500 console should be able to handle something like that. Now youre probably reading this review and thinking well its $500 because you can also travel with it but from what Ive seen the screen scratches far too easily and the controllers could easily break off if you drop it so definitely do the Geek Squad protection. Last thing Ill say is there are other handheld gaming devices for around the same price with much better performance. The switch 2 isnt a $500 console and certainly didnt feel any better than my normal switch.
