Great Console, Needs More Games
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing console with excellent battery life! I’ve been using the Switch 2 for about 2 months now and enjoy how light weight, versatile, and fast this console is. I’ve played Mario Kart, Fortnite, and Hades 2 and each game has run flawlessly and smooth! What’s truly lacking is more Switch 2 titles, which Nintendo has been really slow to release - Pokemon isn’t available until mid-Oct and Meteor Prime doesn’t come out until the end of the year.

Really love the Switch and can’t regret.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven’t play any of the Mario, Zelda and Do key King games. The ones I did play were on the SNES and GameCube like Mario Sunshine. I bought a Wii, but really didn’t play it. Anyways, I missed playing the classic games and bought this Switch 2. I picked here on Best Buy because it was the one offering Mario Car on the bundle and no other store did. I bought it the switch 2 and got me the subscription to play some of the classics and so far I been enjoying myself a lot. The reason I wanted a switch was to play the classics and some old games and because there are times that I don’t want to seat and play games and just want to lay on bed and instead of looking at my phone, play some games online and that’s what the switch brought to me and even if I want to play it on a big screen, the switch provide me with that option too. A friend told me I could had bought the PS5, but I got the PS4 and still haven’t play all the games that I got on my PS4, so a PS5 isn’t that appealing to me right now.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it, bigger screen, bigger controllers, bigger everything. Still waiting for more new games but the power performance is so good when playing older games. Helps with having a short loading screen.

Add a Title: Worth the Upgrade – Excellent Launch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Switch 2 is a massive upgrade from the original. Load times are lightning-fast, visuals are crisp on both handheld and docked modes, and Mario Kart World is a blast right out of the box. The new Joy-Cons feel sturdier with better button feedback, and the performance boost is obvious during gameplay—no lag, smooth 60 fps. Battery life could be better during extended sessions, but it's a small trade-off for everything else you get. This bundle is a great value for anyone jumping into the Nintendo ecosystem or upgrading from a previous model. Highly recommend!

Switch 2 all the way!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the console all the way, its ability to play games you can’t imagine playing on such a console like this will blow you away, I love I can play such games like cyberpunk 2077 and Assassins Creed shadows on this thing. Don’t get me wrong this thing keeps you entertained but it shouldn’t surprise anyone or new users to such consoles like this one but despite its power to play third party +AAA titles it has battery life that can at least keep you entertained for 1.5 to 4 hours but remember it’s just the beginning of consoles like this one. But I am happy that it keeps me entertained! I just dislike how fast a 100% battery drains to big titles and in like 15 minutes of gameplay it’s already eighty something percent but it’s switch 1 titles and lower Indie titles will drain it way less it’s the only bummer that the games I want to keep myself locked on I can’t keep a full battery for long enough. But pls don’t let this review discourage you from buying this console and putting the power of it in your hands, unless your wanting to wait for a upgraded switch 2 model but I recommend you buy this prep yourself to buy it till you upgrade. I’d definitely give a 9.8/10 to this console I’m currently in Costa Rica and it’s been able to give my ADHD some stimulation!!!

Best deal ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.breaking a sweat. It plays Cyberpunk 2077 surprisingly well for a handheld. The battery life is solid (about 4–5 hours on heavy games), and the screen is beautiful even though it's LCD. It feels like a premium piece of tech. Best Buy’s store pickup was fast and easy as usual. 10/10."

Nintendo Switch 2 Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Nintendo Switch 2 is a fantastic evolution of the original hybrid console. It keeps the versatility we loved seamlessly switching between handheld and docked modes but with noticeable upgrades. The improved graphics, faster load times, and longer battery life make gaming smoother and more immersive than ever. Joy-Con improvements fix many of the issues fans had with drift, and the enhanced screen quality makes handheld mode truly shine. Whether you’re revisiting classic titles or diving into new releases, the Switch 2 feels like the console the original always wanted to be.

Flipped the Switch
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Scree is big and controllers better fit adult hands. Great clarity docked or handheld. The online aubscription gets acces to some older games from older nintendo products. Games are currently pricy but you can find some decent ones in the $40-$50 price range.

Fantastic both as a home console and a handheld
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This console is a great value at its current price. The graphics are impressive for something you can play on the go, and it just has a lot of flexibility. You can play on your TV traditionally, play it anywhere in handheld mode, and it’s even sort of a Wii with the motion controls some games use. Been having tons of fun since I bought this.

Review: Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundl
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nintendo has done it again, combining the release of its next-generation console, the Nintendo Switch 2, with a killer app to match: Mario Kart World. This bundle is the ultimate introduction to Nintendo’s powerful new system, packing everything you need to dive into an exhilarating and renewed gaming experience. With hardware upgrades, enhanced visuals, and the multiplayer madness of Mario Kart, this bundle sets the gold standard for the next era of gaming. The Nintendo Switch 2 Hardware The Nintendo Switch 2 lives up to its promises and then some. With improved performance thanks to a custom Nvidia chipset, the console offers 4K resolution in docked mode and an OLED screen for handheld play. The visuals are crisp, vibrant, and smooth with frame rates up to 60 FPS — a huge leap from its predecessor. Load times have also been drastically reduced, and players will immediately notice the seamless transition when docking and undocking the console from its TV mode. A much-requested feature — improved Joy-Con design — has been implemented, featuring more ergonomic grips and drift-free analog sticks that feel durable and precise. Battery life also sees a notable improvement, allowing for longer gaming sessions in handheld mode, and the console’s rear kickstand has been redesigned to offer a wider, more stable base. Overall, the Switch 2 hardware exudes quality, making it clear that Nintendo has taken years of player feedback to heart. Mario Kart World: Racing Perfection The standout of this bundle is undoubtedly Mario Kart World, the latest entry in the legendary racing franchise. Expanding on the formula of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, this game offers an incredible graphical overhaul with hyper-realistic tracks, dynamic weather systems, and even more detailed character animations. The courses are varied and exciting, with some of the series’ greatest tracks reimagined alongside new global-themed racetracks inspired by cities like Tokyo, Paris, New York, and Sydney. Mario Kart World truly shines with its revamped multiplayer mode. The game features a new online World Tour mode, where players can compete in global tournaments and weekly challenges for rewards and bragging rights. The addition of customizable vehicles and characters allows even greater personalization, while new power-ups and items keep every race feeling fresh and unpredictable. For the more serious crowd, Nintendo has included an intriguing skill-based Ranked Mode for competitive online play. For those who prefer local multiplayer, the Switch 2’s updated hardware doesn’t disappoint. The hardware’s enhanced Bluetooth capabilities ensure a seamless connection for up to eight players locally, and the OLED screen provides improved shared-screen experiences when playing in tabletop mode. The Bundle Value What sets this package apart is the extra value it offers. The Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle includes the console itself, upgraded Joy-Cons, and a physical or digital copy of Mario Kart World, all for a slight discount compared to purchasing everything separately. To sweeten the deal, Nintendo has also added some bonus perks, including exclusive in-game content: a stylish new kart, a one-month free trial of Nintendo Switch Online+, and custom Joy-Con grips featuring a Mario and Yoshi design for the ultimate themed experience. What’s Not So Perfect As with any new console bundle, the price is likely to be a bit steep, especially for players upgrading from the existing Switch. While Mario Kart World is a phenomenal showcase for the system, it’s still an iteration on an already polished formula, and some fans might be craving a greater leap in innovation. Additionally, supply constraints could make this bundle tricky to get your hands on during its initial launch. Conclusion The Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle is a standout starting point for gamers diving into Nintendo’s latest generation of gaming. Packed with hardware improvements, enhanced portability, and the endlessly fun racing experience of Mario Kart World, it’s a bundle that delivers both value and excitement. Existing Switch users may hesitate to upgrade, but the improved visuals, faster performance, and new features make this bundle a strong contender for gamers ready to step into Nintendo’s next chapter.

Excellent Upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent upgrade from the Switch 1. Mario Kart World is well worth it as an included game. The Switch 2 upgrades of games such as both Zelda games play much better and look sharper with the upgraded hardware. The only knock I have is 256 GB is too small of storage, if Nintendo is going to take the approach of wanting to go all digital with their games. If the expectations are to buy additional storage, then they should've opted for Mico SD instead of the new standard Micro SD Express, that's way more expensive for less storage.

A new an improved Switch Console
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgrading and improving the previous generation of the Switch family, the Nintendo Switch 2 delivers better performance (most games now run at a steady 60FPS) and a higher resolution. The console’s handheld screen has grown a bit and the Joycons have also been redesigned. The dock also got a new design which keeps the console cool under load. Some new features such as chat and video chat have been added as well. The Switch 2 takes the best of the Switch 1 and makes it better.

Solid but not heavy
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I became a switch person during the pandemic, playing Animal Crossing for 200+ hours. The new switch 2 has great graphics & a larger screen. It plays all of the original games & updates are less than $10 for games you love to be a little more crisp.

Great upgrade from the first Nintendo Switch.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been loving this console. Handheld and dock modes are both greatly improved with better graphics and smoother performance. One downside is the battery life is not great when playing in handheld mode. Don’t expect to play longer than 2-3 hours on a full charge. Nintendo played it safe with this next gen console but that is not a bad thing. They have consistently put out great games and the improved third party support is refreshing. Can’t wait to see what the next few years has in store for this new gen console!

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful new design!! The controllers are meatier, and the screen on the handheld device is crisp, clear, and larger. Transferring data was seemless and Mario Kart is so much more fun with multiple options, creative designs, and character choices.

Nintendo did it again
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This console is amazing. I don't really use it portably, but when I do it's comfortable in my opinion. Got the bundle because it's cheaper than buying the console and the game I was gonna buy anyway separately, and now I have less of an excuse to trade it in later on. All of my digital purchases have transferred to my new console. Some switch 1 games indeed run better without an update, so get to collecting. Holding the console in my hand with the joycon attached feels like I'm holding a miniature theater screen in my hand, it's pretty insane. Can't wait for the OLED version.

Worth the money.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To start off, the quality upgrade going from the lite to this is incredible. I am comfortable with the handheld option, and love how easy it is to attach and detach the joy-cons. The size of the screen is perfect to my liking, and so is the storage that it comes with.
