it’s only been a bit over a week since release and i find the NS2 to be really nice. all of the switch games that might have run a little funny (like certain parts in the newest zeldas) run beautifully on this even if you don’t get the game upgrade. the screen is bigger and brighter and the joycons are much sturdier feeling. i have no complaints and i don’t expect to have any for a while, if at all. if you like the switch - this one is def a good upgrade.

Long overdue upgrade to the Nintendo Switch! Some say it's too expensive. But considering how the original Switch was around for nearly a decade, I'd say it's a pretty good deal if you break it down to a year-by-year cost! While the new system doesn't break a whole lot of new ground, aside from the mouse controls that might be used by some games, the upgrades keep Nintendo up to date with the most essential new TV and video game graphics technology. Playing more advanced games on the go, with a larger and much-improved screen from the original Switch is great. I also love that it's backward compatible with games and controllers from the original Switch! I suddenly have a great four-player setup thanks to the ability to use my old Joy-Cons. The bundled Mario Kart World is a perfect escape from today's reality. There's so much going on in each course, it's like playing an amusement park ride. Of course, the real test will be how good the games not yet released will be. So far indications are good we'll have some winners. I'm looking forward to Donkey Kong Bananza and Metroid Prime 4, among others. Nintendo's got a good track record, so fans of their games likely have nothing to worry about.

Screen is large and nice, controllers are bit more comfortable for adult hands than the first switch. Performs well

The bigger screen makes games look amazing, and the improved battery life means we can play longer without worrying about charging. It’s super versatile for both handheld play and docked on the TV. Definitely worth it—fun for the whole family!

So much better than the switch 1 in every conceivable way, the e shop isn’t laggy anymore, games feel more responsive, screen and controllers are bigger, a great evolution to the switch. Only downside is the 256gb storage capacity, while a big step up from switch 1 it’s still not enough, games are getting bigger and with the switch 2 being able to handle more powerful games, the games are gonn quickly eat that storage forcing you to get a micro sd card.

The best console made by Nintendo ever, works perfectly and smooth, the magnetic Joycons are easy to attach . With this bigger screen you can appreciate best graphics and high quality resolution.

I bought the switch 2 online and asked for picking it up at the store. The package was quickly made available for picking up. I recommend this option to other users. About Switch 2, it excelled my expectations, great quality and better design, and thw screen is way bigger.

Whether docked or handheld, the Switch 2 pushes higher resolutions and smoother frame rates, especially with first-party games optimized for the new hardware. **Storage & Performance** Nintendo finally addressed one of the original Switch’s biggest pain points: storage. With a default 256GB internal memory, most players won’t immediately feel forced to buy a microSD card. Load times are quicker, thanks to both the upgraded processor and faster internal memory, making switching between games and apps feel much snappier. **Battery & Build** Battery life holds up surprisingly well, considering the performance jump. On average, I got around 5–6 hours playing games like Tears of the Kingdom. The console feels sturdier too—joy-con drift hasn’t been an issue so far, and the new magnetic kickstand is genuinely useful. **Final Thoughts** If you already have a Switch OLED and mostly play docked, this may feel like a minor step up. But for handheld-first players or those still using the launch model, Switch 2 feels like what the original Switch always wanted to be: better picture, better storage, better overall.

The Nintendo Switch 2 bundle with Mario Kart World is a no-brainer pickup for anyone looking to buy both. The bundle comes with everything plus a digital download code and is very worth priced. The game is super fun and actually really well made. The console is a good upgrade tech wise and is well made in quality. While the graphics may not be a PS5 or Xbox Series quality, the handheld is super impressive for being not that big and with backwards compatibility, makes a good pickup. The console is impressive for the size, and compared to others on the market, portability is appreciated and therefore justified the price for me. Overall, i would recommend this console to people who are fans and need it. If you dont want it now, a price drop or sale would justify a pickup later on if you don't plan on purchasing now.

A very impressive upgrade! The screen size and quality is so nice. Personally, I like the heft of the console in handheld mode. It is a little heavy but I find it easier to hold onto, and it feels less breakable. It charges quick, responds appropriately, and is the latest and greatest.

Feels like a premium product. Its impressive screen stands out right away. Somehow it comes across as "this is what Switch is meant to be." Games at 60fps are NICE. And sharp graphics are very welcome. It is a little bit expensive considering Nintendo is generally your more accessible family console, but knowing the hardware here it's pretty reasonable.

One of the best systems I have ever bought. It is a super charged switch essentially. The storage is a little in the low side- Recommend picking up an SD card.

My children wanted it so much, so I bought it as a Christmas present. The large screen, comfortable joystick, and beautiful design are outstanding. The Mario Kart bundle pack made it the perfect Christmas gift.

The Good Stuff (Things I really like): • The Graphics are SO Much Better. In games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – Switch 2 Edition, everything is super clear. On the first Switch, things could look blurry or fuzzy, and that was just irritating because my brain had to work harder to process the visual detail. Now, it's sharp and clean. I can see all the details in the grass and the characters' clothes. It's very visually satisfying. • Faster Loading Times! This is maybe the best part. Waiting for games to load gives me major anxiety. The screen is blank, I don't know if it's frozen, and the suspense is just… not good. With the Switch 2, games like Cyberpunk 2077 (yes, it’s on Switch 2!) load way faster. Less waiting means less worry and more time to focus on the game's patterns. • The New Joy-Con 2 Controllers: They feel bigger and more solid. The clicking noise when you attach them is still there, but they don't wiggle as much when they're on the console. The magnets are strong, and the "snap" is a good, dependable sound and feeling. Less unexpected movement is a plus for sure.

it’s not the most powerful out of all the gaming consoles but definitely one of the most portable ones. You’re able to remove the joy cons and store them separately from the display and that allows you to put it in different bags store differently when you need to take it on the go. My only hiccup is the battery for that I did buy a portable battery pack and that gives me at least 2 to 3 gaming sessions if I’m not close to a outlet but apart from that a big step up from the original switch. Can’t wait to see what Nintendo has to offer in regards to your first party exclusive.

Great packaging as always. Awesome updated sleek and slim design. Screen size increased which is great for us blind folks! Great gift for the kids or in my case my girlfriend who’s a kid at heart. 10/10 recommend

The Switch 2 is a more elegant piece of hardware than the first one. While I can understand why some people are waiting for a couple more games that appeal to them, I’ve loved the last year that I’ve had it. The games are a lot of fun, including the included Mario Kart World. The free roam mode is a great way to introduce my young children to video games.

Good console, fun game, decent price for what it is! The new screen is bigger & the graphics are very good as well. I like how the controllers are magnetic & have a button you press to pull them off (so they don’t just fall off) instead of the slide on the original switch, overall good purchase, very fun for family game night!

This was a christmas present for my son and his eyes lit up on christmas morning. I worked an overtime shift as a nurse to afford it, however it was totally worth it. The graphics and screen are great!

Honestly a great product. I love being able to play games like Madden on the switch 2! Games load and play a lot better at least for me. But playing it while it's on the dock it tends to get pretty warm.
