My son loves it. Easy to get set up. Some old games are not compatible though.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 Pokemon bundle for my wife. This was pre-ordered back in August I believe if not even earlier. The item shipped late and was delayed. I was gone by the time it had arrived (work). It showed up nearly 10 days later after it was supposed to arrive. I immediately requested a refund when I found out it arrived at the door. I couldn't request to cancel or a refund while it was still shipping (for obvious reasons). I went out and purchased a Switch 2 for my wife before I left for work/the Best Buy order had arrived, so my wife had one on Her Birthday. When I returned from work to finish the return (thought I could just print out the label), I was gravely mistaken. I now had no way to return it and am stuck with it. The 15 day return window is kind of trash, when you consider how late it arrived. It also isn't helpful when I had to leave for work. Best Buy will and is doing nothing to help. I am simply stuck with it. Terrible pre-order, shipping, and return experience from Best Buy. I will not give them another dollar of mine if I don't need to!

Absolutely love everything about the 2 except that they are not decorative editions like the Animal Crossing with the 1.

I have been looking for an upgrade for the Oled, not sure if this is the way to go, but I went for it with the pokemon za bundle. Expensive, but PZA has kept me entertained. Don't really see any kind of upgrades yet. nintendo games will always be nintendo games.

I have had such terrible experience trying to buy products from Best Buy this year. Multiple bugs in their ordering system that didn't allow me to preorder products the second they were available to preorder. After a bunch of other products I tried preordering, I finally was able to preorder the switch 2 pokemon bundle. 3 months later when the product is ready to be shipped, Best Buy loses my package, and the support team will not replace my product. They are just fine sitting on my money and not doing anything nor alerting me that I won't be receiving the product. The support team is literally worthless, and it is not their fault, Best Buy doesn't give them any tools for them to do their job. How am I not getting a gift card for all the time they have wasted or even a gift card to cover the increased price of them wanting me to buy the bundle products individually which are more expensive. Absolutely 0 help. I will be bringing up in conversation whenever I can of how bad Best Buy is.

Tried it. Size was nice since its bigger than the original switch line. Lack of oled and otherwise no difference makes this far from worth the full $450 price tag. Unless your switch 1 dies.

Quite possibly the worst purchase ive made in years. They promised a new powerful switch. Its not even close to what the steam deck can do performance-wise. It's running on what seems like 7 year old hardware, if you play switch 1 games undocked it is horribly blurry and about 480p. Their library is abysmal, the performance is trash. I will be returning this and getting a steam deck instead. This is NOT worth the money. Not even close. Before you buy this, let them realize its obsolete to literally every other handheld, and release another version. Because this console is pathetic.

Got sent the wrong item. Was told I could get the item I ordered for pickup but now they say they don’t have it in stock. Waste of my time.

Honestly was on the fence about getting one but after using it for a good while i love it. The screen is huge but feels like its built with quality in mind. The only real complaint i have is the price but other than that the features and performance on it are solid.
