I love this system! The performance upgrade from the original Switch is amazing — faster loading, smoother gameplay, and the screen looks gorgeous. Battery life is much better too. Totally worth the upgrade!

I have been playing the enhanced TOTK game on it for the last few weeks, and all has gone very well. I play it via my SONY monitor, so I haven’t compared playing it hand-held versus my Nintendo Switch OLED.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is awesome and worth the cost.

Get this system if you don’t have a Switch 1. Screen is bigger and hardware is far better. It’s also fully backwards compatible, able to play all Switch 1 games

Revisiting Scarlet and Violet felt refreshing, the games that are made for switch 2, like the yakuza and cyberpunk, are definitely a step up from the first switch, but I definitely wouldn't put it at the same level as ps5 and xbox. Definitely doesnt compare to rog ally x. BUT if you are getting a switch, chances are you're getting it for nintendo type games anyway. I get the switch for Pokemon and Animal crossing, things I wouldnt play on a ps5 or xbox. So it's more of a "time and place" (for lack of a better phrase) type thing. I'm just happy I was able to get one

I went against the advice of many people and chose to buy the switch 2. I was warned over and over that the 2nd gen switch was plagued by technical defects and had no real improvements

Excellent. Powerful alternative to a steam deck. Significantly increased power and graphical capabilities compared to the original switch. And excellent for the price

So far its my every day console to play. I mostly play it docked! Awesome

The new switch is definitely higher quality to be expected. The console works great and runs so much better than the switch 1. The standard Joy-cons for the switch 2 from Nintendo. They work great and seams pretty high quality.
