Was a very good experience. My Switch was easy to get and it went smoothly. Staff was very helpful and informative.

Best Buy had this delivered to front porch without any bag or package covering. Delivery person marked as done but then decided to ring doorbell because of the lack of packaging covering an expensive product. Son was asleep but heard doorbell and told delivery person he did not order so take it back. It was a Christmas gift surprise—took many phone calls to recover product that had been paid for. I do not criticize delivery person as he was concerned lack of bag or a covering might cause theft.

The new switch has been such a great purchase. Great for hosting game nights or even just solo play

Battery life on this thing is horrible! The screen is bigger and its a bit faster than the switch 1 but that’s all the pros there is. It is overpriced for what it is.

Nice product, love version 1 and version 2 didn't disappoint at all.

Backwards compatible with many switch games, better specs, and ability to play gamecube games.

Lots of fun, well worth the price. Love being able to play online with family in other parts of the country.

When i went to trade in my Switch 1 for the Switch 2, i was met with resistance to transfer my data over by employees despite already purchasing online in Advanced. I do NOT understand the actual issue, Best Buy already had my money and i was in the building with both devices. I would repeat myself and even asked if i could be allowed to transfer the data there and then in store. I have lost hours of progress for multiple games of Pokemon and several event exclusives. There is nothing wrong with the device but there is something genuinely wrong with the business and training model for employees when you already have my money and have yet to render services as well as give me the item i purchased until after having format all the data on the older console for the newer one to be released to me.

It's a solid device but is nothing more than a slightly better switch oled. I won't buy this for about another year is still buggy and some Og switch games and the switch 2 library is currently non existent. If your a die hard Nintendo fan still a solid but needs some work defiantly over hyped.

10/10 no staples included. Bought this day 1, still haven't used it yet. One day i will.

Had it since day launch …I’ll say Nintendo killed it again , so addicting to play I just love it .

I'm very happy with the system, overall, except for the controllers. they're too small, and it's uncomfortable to hold in portable mode. Other than that, it's a great system! A really nice upgrade from the original.
