Delivery person marked as done but then decided to ring doorbell because of the lack of packaging covering an expensive product. Son was asleep but heard doorbell and told delivery person he did not order so take it back. It was a Christmas gift surprise—took many phone calls to recover product that had been paid for. I do not criticize delivery person as he was concerned lack of bag or a covering might cause theft.
