Stood in line for 4 hours on launch night, only to get a faulty console. Left joycon would not hold a charge. The console itself displayed unreliable and crazy battery percentages. I would turn it off at 50% battery and it would display 55% when powered back on. Always 5% higher than the previous time. Followed all the recommended fixes, including putting the console into Recovery Mode (both vol buttons + power held down). That helped stabilize readings for one day. The next day, the wonky battery percentages were back. Draining and charging back up did not help either. Nintendo Support told me over the phone that no update fix was likely, since they considered it a Hardware issue. They recommended I send it off for repairs if the recommended fixes did not help. I made the hard decision to return the console. I will try again in a few months, hopefully when this bad launch batch is behind us. It is a shame because the new bigger screen is gorgeous and games look great on it. Just too many issues.

Traded in the older version for this current model. The Best Buy team in Ann Arbor were extremely helpful in helping my son to transfer all of his data to this new device. Thanks

Huge improvement from the original switch. Hours of fun either in docked mode or hand held. Picture quality is great.

I am very impressed with the new Switch 2. I had held off purchasing one since my old Switch was working fine ... until it wasn't anymore. The orange screen of d**th made me realize that it's life expectancy was nearing the end.

Needed it for a upcoming game worked well and provided a visual boost to my other games.

The nintendo switch 2 console was definitely the upgrade that was needed. I use it almost everyday and I haven't found one reason to complain about it

Very much better than the first switch I love how the joycons come on and off the console. My kids are having a fabulous time with Mario kart world!

Seamless experience on the app but the rep in the store was slightly irritated when I asked if they had Pokémon cards. I know people ask a lot but I shouldn’t receive that type of service. I work for a mobile carrier and get asked about new releases so much during the holidays and I don’t see no issue in responding positively.

very easy to connect, good graphics, no problems with blurring. Parental control app works very well
