Great system upgrade from original Switch. The screen quality is noticeably better than first gen and appreciably larger. Old Switch games seem to get a bit of improvement and play very smoothly which is a nice plus. Very easy data transfer between NS and NS2, as well. 10/10

Its new design is comfortable, but the battery life is short, and the memory is also limited.

Fantastic console, much more comfortable to use than the original Switch. Great screen and much better Joycons and screen. Only gripe is it could have better battery life but I don't use it enough personally out and about to have that be as big of a problem for me

Upgraded from previous model and this is the best of the best gaming console from the best of the best retailer, the one and only Best Buy. If you want great products at a great price that cannot be beaten and great service, Best Buy is the place to shop. Loving this console, loving this retailer. Extremely highly recommended.

I just want to say huge props to Best Buy for how smooth and organized the Nintendo Switch 2 preorder process was. I’ve been through some chaotic console launches before, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Yes, I had to wait on the app a bit for the queue to open and process my payment—but once it did, everything went through without a hitch. The system didn’t crash, my order was confirmed fast, and it honestly felt like Best Buy really planned ahead for this launch. The only downside? I was really hoping to get the exclusive Best Buy coin that came with some early orders. It was a bummer missing out, especially after preordering on day one. That would’ve been such a cool collectible to go with my Switch 2. If by any chance Best Buy still has more of those coins, I’d love to get one right away—it would make an already great preorder experience even better. Still, hats off to Best Buy. This is how console launches should be handled. Can’t wait to unbox the Switch 2!

I’ve been enjoying my switch 2 much more than I actually expected. Between playing animal crossing while on break and playing Mario party with my family I’ve gotten lots of fun out of it in just the month I’ve had it. I know the price is more than anyone would’ve liked but it really can be worth it in the long run.

Larger than I'd thought but not overly so. I can still tuck it into a messenger bag or a larger purse. The screen is bright and easily adjusted, it doesn't hurt my eyes to play for extended periods. It was a little fussy about converting Switch 1 things over and an SD card compatible with the Switch 1 is NOT compatibile with the Switch 2, just as a head's up to those looking into upgrading. All in all, a solid system that will definitely last. The controller upgrades/updates are EXCELLENT as well and much better than the OG switgc

Quality I bought the NS2 new, so it was in mint condition and untouched from its box. I was pleased to find that the system booted up well and the controllers responded accordingly. Serivce Prior to purchase, I called the store to ask if they had Nintendo Switch 2(NS2) in stock. Then I went into the store and made the exchange. I can't remember who took care of my order, but kudos to Best Buy employees Treasure island location making my purchase easy. To top it off they even advised me to add the warranty, which may not sound good at first an extra fee, but considering the price of the device I got it just in case.

The Switch 2 is very different from the Steam Deck, but that’s not a bad thing. The Steam Deck feels more like a portable PC for power users, while the Switch 2 focuses on simplicity, battery life, and Nintendo exclusives. The Switch 2 is easier to pick up and play, lighter, and better for casual gaming or quick sessions. It also has great first-party games you can’t get anywhere else. If you’re expecting Steam Deck-level power, it’s different — but as a handheld gaming system, the Switch 2 is still really good and fun to use.

This is the BEST Nintendo console ever made. I have over 200 switch games and almost every game I try on switch 2 looks and plays better. The backwards compatibility alone is worth the price. The only 2 things I dislike are the battery life and the tiny amount of storage space for games.

Excellent gaming system—stylish design and impressive graphics. It’s truly the best of both worlds (handheld or display docking) for anyone who loves Mario.

Personal me I like to switch 2 it has a bigger screen the graph are way better for me and it has more storage than the previous I love my Nintendo switch 2

I really love my Switch 2. My games run better on the Switch 2 and there are games that will be coming to Switch 2 that I want because they are not going to be on the old Switch. I was able to trade in my Switch, the extra joy cons and my Switch Pro Controller.

Great upgrade over Switch 1, Screen is nice a bright and comes with a lot of storage.

Bigger screen and easy to either hold or sit on a table. Grandkids loved it!!

Screen quality is massively improved along with performance. Would definitely recommend to those who are well integrated into the original switch system.

I know this console is on the more expensive side but I genuinely think it's worth the price if you love Nintendo games and are already playing the original switch actively. I usually just have time to play a few hours a week due to work, and the performance boosts on all the games without having to buy the switch 2 packs make it worth it. I love playing Pokemon and I never got to finish legends Arceus 100% because I didn't have time to wait for pokemon to spawn in, then try to find the ones I need to finish the Pokedex. Since I got this console I've been able to finish the post game and get the pokemon I want without having to rely on guides on where they spawn. The frame rate and the pop in distance is vastly improved it feels like I'm playing a remaster on most of these titles, especially the games that are not Nintendo exclusive, and the more action packed and wide FOV games.

A perfect gift for my youngest son. Even at 13, he knew exactly what he wanted—and it couldn’t have come at a better time. The product is amazing, and he absolutely loves it. His first Switch was completely worn out because he truly played and enjoyed it every day—it was his source of joy. This new one is just perfect. Fantastic product indeed. Plus the fact that we comprise for the price, he knew it is expensise that’s why we had a deal, save for the half and we will sponsor/gift the 2nd half.
