Absolutely amazing!! My sons both love the new and improved switch 2. Hurt my pockets a bit but the joy on my boys face was worth every penny. The screen is soo big and the clarity is unmatched

Excellent videogame with amazing game library. You can play in dock mode (with a monitor or TV), portable or with the nintendo screen in a table and the joy cons separated.

It’s the Switch I love but bigger and better. The screen looks great and it loads gameplay super quick. It just feels a lot more premium too.

I wasn't going to buy a Switch 2 due to Nintendo politics. However, I ended up getting one just to be able to play Pokemon. I won't be going all out for this system like my original Switchs. Given that, I'm happy with how Best Buy treated my shipment. They overnighted the package for free so it made it to me very quickly. It came well-packaged and whole. The system runs well and I do like it. It looks great for games like Monster Hunter Stories 3 and Pokemon Legends Z-A. Very pleased.

Switch 2 is nice, the toggle switvhes are a nice upgrade because they are magnetic now. Its not OLED but side by side there is not a huge difference

I love everything about this console. More powerful than the previous switch. However, it means that your battery only lasy up to 4 hours or less when youre playing Mario Kart World. That's my only gripe. Battery. Otherwise, love the updated graphics for previous games, backwards compatiblity, and that I can connect my previous switch controllers to the current console. See you on the road in Mario Kart World!

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a fantastic upgrade that keeps everything we loved about the original while making it better in every way. The 1080p/120 Hz display looks amazing, the redesigned Joy-Cons feel solid, and the new NVIDIA chip delivers smoother, more powerful gameplay—even with ray tracing. Docked, it pushes 4K at 60 Hz, and features like backward compatibility and GameChat make it more versatile than ever. It’s already Nintendo’s fastest-selling console for a reason: the Switch 2 is simply the best hybrid gaming system you can buy right now.

I recently got my hands on the Nintendo Switch 2, and I have to say—it’s a phenomenal upgrade from the original. From the moment I turned it on, the screen clarity immediately impressed me. The OLED-style display (or whatever the Switch 2 uses) makes games look sharper and more vibrant, bringing a whole new level of immersion whether I’m playing in handheld or docked mode.

The Switch 2 system is definitely an upgrade to the original Switch. I bought this for my wife as this is her daily stress reliever. The only main issue that I dislike is the fact that they have since released games that are only playable on the Switch 2. It's a little frustrating but at least the actual device itself is a decent upgrade. If you are on the fence, I'd say go ahead and pull the trigger.

After using a Switch 2 for a few weeks now, I'm going to say that it is a good investment IF you are someone who has a back catalog of Switch games that you would like to use. For the most part, the launch titles are somewhat lackluster. Sure, there's Mario Kart, and it has some fun moments to it, but I have found myself revisiting the games that have updates. There are a few, such as the Breath of the Wild Zelda games that have an extra charge to update them (or for free if you have the online service); they run fantastic on the Switch 2. Games such as Splatoon 3 really shine on the new hardware after the update. The only launch title I'd say worth picking up is Bravely Default (if you are a JRPG fan). Overall the system feels very polished. It is larger than the switch and the magnetic interface that is used to keep the joycon attached feels good. So far, my only complaint is the storage capacity. Even with cartridges, the system storage fills up quick. Do yourself a favor and pick up a SD card (make sure you select the correct format; SD Express!) soon, if you choose to get the console.

I work long hours and travel quite frequently, so the Nintendo Switch 2 has become a solid companion on the road. Being able to grab a quick gaming session while I’m away, playing the same games I enjoy at home with my kids, its a great mental reset. Then, when I get back, I can simply dock it to the TV and jump right in to play with the whole family. It’s such a little bit of joy knowing I can take that experience with me wherever I go.

Switch on steroids. Great screen size. Feels great and much faster loading.

Honestly, I have a PlayStation this a PlayStation five and the PlayStation portable but once I got this game, this is all I play. I love it so much. It’s really portable and I could play it anywhere. It’s probably the best game console I have ever owned.

Exceptional! Color and graphics a ten out of ten…easily managed and wonderful to explore. The new switch will make any other game playing obselete….the attention to quality os well document. i would encourage all gamers to purchase not just for yourself but for others. Truly magnificent.

Love the larger screen and the smoother graphics. Also the battery life is much better.

So yes I have seen SOME improvement in how my games run in the few weeks I've used it, although cult of the lamb still crashes. However, what I want to make others aware of is some of these "improvements" require additional purchases. When you go into the e-shop, you will see that some switch1 games now offer a "switch2 upgrade addon" of some kind, or a switch2 version of the game that costs more. Often times these "addons" claim to improve the framerate and performance of games. So, it seems implied your switch2 is not running some games at its full potential unless you also biy these addons. I would say only upgrade if there's switch2 exclusive games you desperately want, or if your switch1 is on its last legs.

Exactly what I was wanting in the follow-up to the original switch. Smoother gameplay, larger screen, 4k Zelda, and more third party games made this an easy decision. My only complaints would be the game cards not having the games on them on most third party and still needing a grip or third party joy cons for comfortable handheld play.

The switch to is an amazing console. Considering its price, it was well worth the buy and the Best Buy I Purchased it from has excellent customer service as well as a great protection plan for this system. I would recommend this for everybody.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is an amazing console! Every game feels smooth and the screen is gorgeous. DK Bananza is the stand out title!

The switch 2 is a good upgrade from the original switch. The console is a lot bigger and is very comfortable to play in hand. It does come with a decent amount of system storage but you will need a specific type of SD card to expand it. Most games are multiplayer so it is a great family console.
