I bought Switch 2 for my son. He plays Assassin’s Creed and Minecraft it works great, no lag, and the screen looks really nice. Sometimes I take it at night to play GTA. We both love it. Totally worth it!

Basically it's exactly what everyone was looking for. A better performing Switch. It feels amazing being able to play my Switch games at 60 fps. That alone is worth every penny imo.

Super stoked that I was able to get my hands on one of these. I wasn't huge into nintendo since the N64 back in the day, so the fact that there's a whole library of N64 titles available right out of the box (with online subscription) is INCREDIBLE!! Playing through ocarina of time on a modern television with a massively upgraded visual fidelity has been an experience unlike any other, and that alone was worth the 5 stars. The handheld mode feels sturdy and well made, performance and battery life are great, and it's effortless to connect to the screen. Highly recommend - BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET A SCREEN PROTECTOR - I scratched mine almost immediately and I'm regretting not spending the extra cash to ensure the screen was safeguarded

From the first switch to the 2. It was a major upgrade all around. Improvement of life all the way to the free game upgrades (I’m not paying for an upgraded version of an old game. Even if it is just $10.) The upgrade for Pokemon Scarlet was amazing and much needed though

I was reluctant at first to purchase, but I am glad I gave into temptation. The picture quality is great, and the console performance run very well with faster loading times. It is also much easier to take off and put on the controls. The price is a bit steep considering the OLED version is almost the same price and some games seem to not be compatible. The battery life isn't that great, but overall I am happy with my purchase.

The switch 2 is definitely an upgrade, it has vibrant colors, a noticable preformance boost, and an insane leap in speaker quality. If you play exclusively nintendo games, and have no desire to reach out into a ps5 or pc territory this is worthy piece of hardware, thag being said if you play on pc, ps5 or xbox the preformance can be lack luster. Its a great handheld but a underwhelming console, especially for those of us who keep it docked. Personally i enjoy it and dont regret my purchase, but this console upgrade isn’t worth it for the hardware/specs you’re getting.

I love everything about this console. More powerful than the previous switch. However, it means that your battery only lasy up to 4 hours or less when youre playing Mario Kart World. That's my only gripe. Battery. Otherwise, love the updated graphics for previous games, backwards compatiblity, and that I can connect my previous switch controllers to the current console. See you on the road in Mario Kart World!

Nintendo at its finest! I’m so happy with my purchase, The Switch 2 is truly an upgrade and definitely packs a punch! And what perfect timing to be released right before Metroid Prime Beyond!!

After using a Switch 2 for a few weeks now, I'm going to say that it is a good investment IF you are someone who has a back catalog of Switch games that you would like to use. For the most part, the launch titles are somewhat lackluster. Sure, there's Mario Kart, and it has some fun moments to it, but I have found myself revisiting the games that have updates. There are a few, such as the Breath of the Wild Zelda games that have an extra charge to update them (or for free if you have the online service); they run fantastic on the Switch 2. Games such as Splatoon 3 really shine on the new hardware after the update. The only launch title I'd say worth picking up is Bravely Default (if you are a JRPG fan). Overall the system feels very polished. It is larger than the switch and the magnetic interface that is used to keep the joycon attached feels good. So far, my only complaint is the storage capacity. Even with cartridges, the system storage fills up quick. Do yourself a favor and pick up a SD card (make sure you select the correct format; SD Express!) soon, if you choose to get the console.

My first gaming system since I was a teenager, and I’m genuinely obsessed. The compact, portable design is perfect, and the ability to dock it to the TV or play on the couch with friends is top-tier.

Worth it, has everything needed to make it easier to play.

I’ve had Nintendo products for years and like them. I enjoy the bigger screen on the Switch 2 because I use it predominantly as a handheld video system. It’s easy to use and I’ve used Nintendo products to teach my kids and grandkids,

I’ve been having so much fun with this new system! The only downside would be the short battery life in handheld, but other than that it is a giant improvement over the switch 1 in almost every way.

This new Switch 2 is probably Nintendo's AR/VR console and the reviews have been good before the next last usual consoles that are not AR/VR with graphics that can run everything during the end of the next console cycle with Nintendo and other using more devices than consoles/graphics cards, that add gameplay, and will be about new gameplay and probably compatible with other ar/vr hybrids and vr mainstream electronics. I't better together it before certain sell-out IPs are launched next year.

This is an excellent upgrade that honestly should've been released 2 years ago. Backward compatibility in my use case has been excellent, with minimal hiccups and increased performance in most cases. Maintaining compatibility with the Switch allows folks upgrading to have their (almost) entire library to use while the new titles are developed and released.

An OUTSTANDING successor to the Switch 1! Running games at 60FPS in 4k is a breath of fresh air for the classic Nintendo console that it desperately needed! Launch games such as Super Mario Kart World, Cyberpunk 2077, and Split Fiction truly shine and show off just what the Switch 2 is capable of! April Switch 1 titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild/ Tears of The Kingdom, Super Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 3, and more have recieved Switch 2 upgrades that give them a whole new life with higher resolutions and enhanced performance! The Switch 2 is the console i have been waiting for!

I got this for my 7 yr old grandson for Christmas and he LOVES it! Of all his gifts, this was his favorite! I had bought him a Nintendo Switch 1 a few years ago, which he loved, but he couldn't play Madden on that one. It was so fun watching him play the game both on his own and then with his Dad, who was teaching him things as they played. It's his new "addiction"! Also, delivery was amazing! They delivered same day and delivery person lets you know delivery status every step of the way!

Beautiful screen and nice improvements over orginal switch! Makes me feel that this is what the Wii-U should have been...
