This is amazing for the price plays every game in great fps. Love taking Ns2 on the go and playing everywhere. I would recommend for everyone.

This product is near perfect, as an evolution it fixes and perfects many of the flaws and ideas the original switch had. Furthermore it has top tier exclusives that are already clearing what the competition is offering. This console is one for the ages and it'll be worth it for the next 8 years of its life.

Bigger, Blacker, and necessary if you want to play any of the new games. Which we did. There are no great changes except the screen is bigger and the default controllers are black. It feels more like enough time has passed since the original came out and someone at Nintendo wanted a yacht. If you’re looking for reviews on if the Switch 2 is worth it there are some great deep dives a quick Google search away. If you want one and can afford it, just buy it, you’re going to anyway.

Not enough new games for it yet, but it runs switch 1 rpgs like butter, worth for those games that were barable on the switch 1, but not worth if you have a switch oled imo

Father’s Day present for my husband, ordered this during prerelease and the whole transaction went smoothly! lol. He as well has the original and the OLED model and he now has been playing the Switch 2 for a few days and loves it as well. He’s mentioned that the controllers smoothly attach to the screen thing and it feels sturdier than the previous models. The screen is bigger and clearer which is a plus for him since he’s both near and far sided lol all in all he loves the new model. I’m not a gamer but it definitely seems like an upgrade from the previous version with the sturdy handle of the controllers to the screen bit

Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it! We both mostly wanted to connect and bond more with one another, so I decided to buy him the switch so we can both enjoy playing video games together. It’s the only time I feel like we can both relax and just enjoy each others company and share lots of laughs! Our fav games so far is Mario Cart and Pokémon! Love when I win, but seeing him happy makes me happy, great purchase. Thanks Best Buy!

The Nintendo Switch 2 feels like the natural next step for Nintendo’s hybrid console, blending the charm of the original with some much-needed upgrades that make gaming smoother, sharper, and more comfortable. The bigger screen and faster processor make games look and run better, while the redesigned Joy-Con 2 controllers snap on magnetically, feel sturdier in the hand, and finally address some comfort issues from the first generation. Backwards compatibility means your old library still works—often with noticeable improvements—and new features like built-in GameChat and the clever Mouse Mode add fresh ways to play and connect. The Pro Controller 2 is another highlight, with better grips and refined buttons that make longer sessions easier. Docked play now delivers clearer visuals on a TV, and while handheld mode is a bit bulkier, it benefits from a larger and crisper display. The trade-offs are that it’s more expensive than before, still not using OLED tech, and has some concerns around repairability, but overall, the Switch 2 feels like a strong refinement rather than a revolution, a console that doubles down on what made the original so special while adding just enough power and polish to keep it competitive in 2025.

The Nintendo Switch 2 completely blew me away. From the moment I powered it on, I was transported back to the magic I felt playing my first console as a kid. The improved graphics and smooth performance are incredible, but it’s the joy of gaming on this system that really stands out. Whether I’m curled up on the couch or playing on the go, it reminds me why I fell in love with gaming in the first place. The nostalgia mixed with modern innovation makes this console an absolute must-have.

I originally have a Yellow Nintendo Switch Lite that i bought in 2020, the height of the craze. I upgrade a couple years later to the ACNH switch, whcoh was fabulous because i was able to play on the TV and not just handheld. This year I took the jump and fully upgraded to the Switch 2 and it does not disappoint. This is a wonderful and natural upgrade for the system i was already using.

So far a great successor to the Switch. Set up, including the transfer of necessary files from the original switch was easy. We bought Mario Kart World with it and just added the new DK Bananza. Both have been a blast to play. This system is much quicker and game play is much smoother. With the addition of HDR, it really brings out the colors in the games. If you are a Nintendo game player, this is a must add to your console collection.

I bought it to play Pokémon and it didn’t disappoint, games that the original switch had trouble running are no longer having trouble and run great.

The order came in the next day and I was able to trade in the old switch with a return label hasslefree. First time I done a trade with Best Buy and it was an easy process. The Switch 2 just captures a better resolution on a TV which is what I wanted and I only had Zelda to upgrade but it was worth it as I am only recently getting back to it. Great produce, great experience when it all worked out.

The larger screen and clarity compared to the Switch is amazing. We’ve found the switch 2 also communicates and connects to game servers faster.

Glad to finally get the new switch! I know that there are mixed reviews on this but I love it! A bit heavier than the previous model but it does have a bigger screen and better graphics. Worth every penny.

Big update from the original Switch with higher graphics and backwards compatibility is nice. Not a fan of Nintendo or their business practices and their very old games never go on sale. Not a knock on the Switch 2 itself but that factor alone does add into the overall cost of owning this system.

Bigger screen, easier to handle and the games run faster.

I felt the switch was over priced but this is a good gift all of the switches should come with atleast 1 game. I like that it's Compact and it didn't take up too much room. I recommend getting this for your loved ones. Also the item came on time without any problems.

Powerful system, screen looks almost as good as oled model. Improves frame rate of many switch 1 games. Mouse mode works surprisingly well. Although switch 1 and switch oled do not function in switch 2 dock. And virtual game cards are a little annoying if you have 2 consoles.
