Well it’s the switch 2. The newest generation of Nintendo. It’s definitely their most expensive console to date. $500 for the console and a digital download is pricey. It feels more like switch pro more than anything. Although it is fun and it’s a huge improvement from the original switch I strongly believe $400 with the game would be a perfect price point for it. What makes it a lot worse, is that the games are $85, which is ridiculous. If you have a switch Oled, I Suggest not upgrading just yet. If you don’t have a switch or that you have the original one you should upgrade because at least it’s backwards compatible. The screen is huge and the 1080p screen is nice, although Oled would have been better. At the end of the day it’s a great console just expensive.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is really worth buying despite its no stock availability. At first, I was thinking about buying the Switch OLED, but a couple of friends recommened the Switch 2. I have also been thinking about buying the Switch since 2023 to see what it’s like. Now that I got one, I can enjoy my free time playing some of my favorite old games!

Everything about it feels more sturdy, less like a console designed solely for children, more like a well-oiled machine. As a package for someone who already owns an original switch, you are able to transfer everything over, similar to how it works when upgrading phones. On to dislikes, I have. They have a new MicroSD card standard called MicroSD Express. The downside to this is, at least for me, my sd card from my switch didn't work. I wish they kept the OLED screen from the OLED model switch. The conclusion for me is that The Nintendo Switch 2 is worth it for the right person, someone who has either an extensive library of games or spends a lot of time playing on their console.

I bought this item a month ago let me tell you is the best experience to have a newer version of the Nintendo

I picked up my switch at the midnight release and that alone was a good time. This new console is amazing. I was very skeptical at first about how much of a jump it really is from the first switch and you can just tell as soon as you open the box. Beautiful built with a nice black matte finish to it just looks premium. The screen is beautiful and bigger. Definitely do not regret buying

Great console. Kids spend hours on it and love it. Nice display, fun games. Too early to tell about durability. Joycons on the prior version failed to charge after a year or so.

Extremely fun and versatile console with 3 ways to play. Handheld mode, tabletop, and connected to the tv. The switch has more family oriented games than other consoles making it perfect for families with little ones getting into gaming, and even for adults with their more diverse lineup of games recently like cyberpunk 2077. This console appeals to all ages, and playing mario kart with your kids never gets old.

It a big improvement over the Switch 1. Games like Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate edition runs surprisingly well.

Besides the popular cons about battery life. I have been enjoying my time with this new nintendo switch. I appreciate that everything on it is much snappier: the store, gameplay, 120hz feature. I thought I would’ve minded the matte black look to it but I think I’m okay with it as it looks more clean and mature. For the price I’d say it’s competitive when you compare to other handhelds, as this one just works when you want to play it and of course is able to be played docked or with joycons removed (table top). All in all, coming from my switch 1 I really notice and appreciate the differences/upgrades in this Nintendo switch 2.

The screen size, resolution, and frame rate finally makes games playable. Wouldn't imagine playing TOTK or Legends ZA on the original switch. Told my friend to get one, so he can play ZA and actually enjoy it.

It is a good gaming system if you have a good quality tv. Way smoother than the previous generation

Honestly, I was surprised at just how much of an upgrade this is over the original Switch. The first console was perfectly acceptable, and ran fine. This one feels significantly more premium. Big fan!

I myself am not that impressed with the switch 2 other than slightly bigger screen , double the capacity for on board storage its not all much different from the original. Battery life is abysmal it feels chunky it stays in the dock 80% of the time and i hate the fact not able to install apps like other consoles Nintendo def not favorite console
