I managed to snag a pre-order back before it released and I love it! I've had pretty much all Nintendo consoles since the DSi and the Switch 2 is a nice addition to the family! It is a little expensive especially for sharing so many of the same games with the base switch and OLED but if you have the money or it is your first switch, it is a good investment

Makes everything you loved about the switch better in every way. Makes you fall back in love with your original switch games.

The nintendo switch 2 console was definitely the upgrade that was needed. I use it almost everyday and I haven't found one reason to complain about it

Very much better than the first switch I love how the joycons come on and off the console. My kids are having a fabulous time with Mario kart world!

NGL they got me when they talked anout it having as much power as a PS4 Pro. Thought it was the handheld to end all handhelds. PS4 was one of my favorite consoles! The reality, though, is that it doesnt feel like much of an upgrade. Switch 1 games look worse due to the higher resolution and while S2 games look great, it still doesn’t feel PS4 level. My wife and I were playing Split Fiction and even she was commenting on the ghosting. And while the graphics aren’t always amazing, neither is the performance. Would like to see many more 60 fps games. It’s a goo incremental update. But it IS very incremental.

So excited to have finally acquired this. Not selling my GEN one, but the superior quality of this one is unmatched.

I love the switch 2! Everyone says it’s the same as the first one but it is absolutely not! Listen to your gut… buy it!

This is an excellent upgrade that honestly should've been released 2 years ago. Backward compatibility in my use case has been excellent, with minimal hiccups and increased performance in most cases. Maintaining compatibility with the Switch allows folks upgrading to have their (almost) entire library to use while the new titles are developed and released.
