A Big Step Up

As far as hardware goes its a huge step up and if it's your only console its a great choice, if you have a ps5 or pc though maybe wait a bit until some more games release to make it more worth the purchase.

Switch 2... I guess

Games run better, but you might have to pay an extra $20 to do so. Probably not worth it if you're still playing older games or use it for Virtual Console, but potentially necessary for newer games.

Excellent Game Console for the family!

Great console. Easy to set up and create his profile and add the online membership. Just need to learn about all the features and teach him how to use the controllers better.

Everything I wanted!
