||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i went to trade in my Switch 1 for the Switch 2, i was met with resistance to transfer my data over by employees despite already purchasing online in Advanced. I do NOT understand the actual issue, Best Buy already had my money and i was in the building with both devices. I would repeat myself and even asked if i could be allowed to transfer the data there and then in store. I have lost hours of progress for multiple games of Pokemon and several event exclusives. There is nothing wrong with the device but there is something genuinely wrong with the business and training model for employees when you already have my money and have yet to render services as well as give me the item i purchased until after having format all the data on the older console for the newer one to be released to me.
