I am enjoying this new device. I love playing Pokémon games on it. The graphics are great. The screen size is amazing. Easy to use. I have no complaints.

Great system upgrade from original Switch. The screen quality is noticeably better than first gen and appreciably larger. Old Switch games seem to get a bit of improvement and play very smoothly which is a nice plus. Very easy data transfer between NS and NS2, as well. 10/10

I just want to say huge props to Best Buy for how smooth and organized the Nintendo Switch 2 preorder process was. I’ve been through some chaotic console launches before, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Yes, I had to wait on the app a bit for the queue to open and process my payment—but once it did, everything went through without a hitch. The system didn’t crash, my order was confirmed fast, and it honestly felt like Best Buy really planned ahead for this launch. The only downside? I was really hoping to get the exclusive Best Buy coin that came with some early orders. It was a bummer missing out, especially after preordering on day one. That would’ve been such a cool collectible to go with my Switch 2. If by any chance Best Buy still has more of those coins, I’d love to get one right away—it would make an already great preorder experience even better. Still, hats off to Best Buy. This is how console launches should be handled. Can’t wait to unbox the Switch 2!

Genuinely feels like a gaming console, the first switch just felt lackluster and didn’t hold up to what the current generation of consoles were at the time. This is a massive upgrade and definitely worth the purchase.

Fantastic console, much more comfortable to use than the original Switch. Great screen and much better Joycons and screen. Only gripe is it could have better battery life but I don't use it enough personally out and about to have that be as big of a problem for me

I had a lot of gift cards so I bought this to play n64 games for the nostalgia and future proofing this device for when my kids are old enough to play since switch 3 likely won’t come out for 5+ years Decent device, battery stinks for portable , screen is massive but honestly is a good size

Bought this on launch, and had a blast at the launch event. Never done anything like it before! Got home, set it up, played with family, and enjoyed it each time I played it. If you’re looking for a powerful handheld that isn’t too expensive, while you’re stuck with a smaller library than something like Steam, and if you don’t mind that, this is amazing. Especially the ports of PC titles. Very excited to see where the future of this console goes

I had a Switch Lite for many years and decided to finally upgrade. I am very glad I made the choice. The screen on the Lite is very small, plus the screen on the Switch 2 is large, clear, and touch screen. It's great to play games on for that reason, plus, the functionality of using it on a TV is great, too.

Bought the console mainly for Pokopia. I have yet to buy it, and still find myself enjoying any game tjat i olay on it. If you have the switch 1, it does not even compare to the nintendo switch 2.

The Switch 2 is a much needed hardware upgrade from the last gen. I love that I can play my old switch 1 games on this console with improved graphics and load times. That alone was worth it for me. Look forwarding to playing Switch 1 and 2 games

Pickup was easy and ready almost immediately. I am really enjoying the new system, with the larger screen the ability to use the joycons as a mouse. Pokopia is the only game I have played so far, but it has been worth it in my opinion. I am excited to continue playing.

This is the BEST Nintendo console ever made. I have over 200 switch games and almost every game I try on switch 2 looks and plays better. The backwards compatibility alone is worth the price. The only 2 things I dislike are the battery life and the tiny amount of storage space for games.

Was kinda worried about the new switch being as much as a new console but i wasn’t not disappointed with anything at all.

The specs for it are finally at a very very acceptable power, the games themselves can sometimes go very low frame but I've only ever had that happen with their first party games surprisingly. Cyberpunk 2077 runs AMAZINGLY really showing how powerful this thing really is. The BIGGEST downside is that Nintendo games will NEVER go on sale.

Awesome graphics, so smooth, and I just love it overall. My first console ever as I can finally get one myself and I’m not regretting it.

This is a really great upgrade. Larger screen and faster, I really like the new way the controllers connect to the main unit.

i’m really happy with my purchase! the switch 2 is a great upgrade from the original switch. the feeling is the same but improved. it’s larger and more convenient. no complaints so far! bestbuy pickup was also seamless :)
