Switch 2 has a number of upgrades over the first Switch. The graphics are better and animation is smoother, the screen is an upgrade over the OLED Switch, the controllers are magnetic and lock into place rather than having to slide down and lock, making it much easier to remove and put the JoyCons back on! It's backwards compatible as well, and some games have a graphics and content improvement purchase to upgrade it for the Switch 2, for a considerably reasonable price. Overall, my wife is addicted, so I haven't had much time to play, but I do get to snuggle her on the couch while she plays! Much to her dismay.

Better than the original Switch in every way. The Legend of Zelda games (BotW and TotK) are a completely different experience in 4K at 60 FPS with the Switch 2's powerful hardware. The new Switch 2 Pro Controller is a must have accessory.

Worth it, has everything needed to make it easier to play.

Got this for my teenage son. I don't know a lot about it, but he loves it. That's enough for me. I put in the order online and was able to pick it up about an hour later. That was great. If this is what you're interested in, you can't go wrong with this and Best Buy.

Bigger screen, easier to handle and the games run faster.

It’s a technological leap compared to gen 1 switch. I’m debating switching my main system from ps5 to this system. It’s great and the performance holds up against ps or Xbox. Maybe not graphics wise but frame rates.

System is great and I really enjoy how the system is able to utilize more of my TV’s capabilities. I have a LG C1 and enjoy that I can use 120hz whenever I am playing competitive games or want the extra motion clarity or switch it to 4k if I want better graphical fidelity.only downside is that HDR may not work for other users as the the system works best with TV’s that are HGIG compatible for it to be best and not looked washed out.

Love the switch 2 great console to get for the whole family to enjoy and have a good time together. With games like Mario Party it is really easy to find something everyone can play together. First console I’ve had that I was able to sit down and enjoy with my entire family

Obvious upgrade from previous models. The only downside is shorter battery life.

The only gaming I've done was on a PC in the early 2000s. The setup instructions were easy. Graphics are good and controls work even for a noob. I was uncertain about buying - would I even like it? But I needed a distraction from some life events. Glad I purchased. It's been fun.

Was waiting until there was more reasons to get a switch. Everything's as expected. Been glued to it for weeks. Plenty to do. Performance has been quick. No complaints, but I'm easy to please.
