I haven't bought a new console since the N64. Finally, an innovative and flexible gaming console worth buying again, the switch! I love how versatile the platform is, being able to play mulitplayer on the go with or without additional consoles present.

I love my switch. It’s both a mobile and an at home gaming system so I have a range of ways to play. The joy cons are a little small but they get the job done. I really appreciate the touch screen aspect as well.

Fun for the whole family... easy setup to any tv. Extremely portable to take anywhere. We take it with us when we stay overnight on trips... easy setup in even hotel rooms with good WiFi connections

No one beats Nintendo when it comes to portables. Not only is it portable, you can hook it up to a tv and turn it to a console. 1080p console or 720p portable. Hundreds of games of all types for any type of gamers.

Love it I have two!! Very easy to set up and use! It was my wife’s wedding gift. She loved it thought it was the best thing ever. So many new and old games from back in the day! Love playing it everyday.

So so happy I was able to get my hands on one of these. I waited for the full system vs the lite. Great choice! Was able to do a few key games that I wouldn’t have been able to play on the Lite console.

Zelda breath of the wild and Super Mario Odyssey alone are worth buying this system. I haven’t even got to play Mario Kart yet since these are epic games, and rocket league is only $20 digital download. Literally all of my friends have a switch now too.

The new nintendo switch is great because we can play with it in the car and on flights. We currently have two games but will be buying more! I can't wait to buy Mariokart and use the switch to play it on the big screen.

This console brings a lot of fun during solo play and multiplayer play. My favorite games for it are Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, and Just Dance. You will have a lot of fun and procrastination playing this game.

Wasn’t sure how much my 12 year old daughter would actually use this, but she loves it and is getting tons of use out of it! It’s great that she can play handheld OR on the tv - way to go Nintendo!

I waited so long to get a switch and I shouldn't have. I travel a lot and this is great to have on the road to be able to play some of my favorite games. Its easy to hook up to your tv and the battery life is great as well

I've really needed a console like this. I don't have time to devote an entire weekend to a game and when I do have time I'm usually traveling. For me games have to be something I can put down for a day or 2 and pick back up right where I left off and take with me. Portables like the Vita and 3DS were really the only way to do that and play any kind of decent games (lets face it, the app store and play store are never going to have quality games when everything is competing at a $2-$3 price point and/or are full of ads and in-app purchases.) Portables just aren't ergonomic though and power-wise they've been pretty limited. Well, the Switch fills that gap in spectacular fashion. Pros: Ergonomics. Like all Nintendo consoles since the Wii you get your choice of a variety of control schemes but they've never been this seamless or as functional as the Joycons. The fact that I can take them off in portable mode and sit back in an airplane seat or lay down in bed with the screen in a phone holder over me is awesome. Load times: Solid state flash is back for game media (finally!) and it makes things snappy. There's no install time and running the game off physical media is as fast, if not faster, than running a downloaded game off a SATA hard drive. Interface: In keeping with the load times the interface is as clean and snappy as any good android or iOS tablet and the UI is as direct and intuitive as it gets. This is a huge improvement over the Wii U and Sony and Microsoft would do well to take note. Build quality: Nintendo finally ditched the shiny kiddie plastic feel and made something that feels like an adult device and is marketed to, adults. Cons: No apps or browser (yet?): I'm sure this is coming and they hint at it in the interface but presently there's no netflix, hulu, etc. This is obviously a change that can be made over the air and I have several other devices that also do streaming. I probably wouldn't use a broweser even if it had one since my phone's browser is going to be better and have all my favorites already. The kickstand is a bit too far to the right: unfortunately this means the switch doesn't stand up well on soft or curved surfaces and you'll have to jerry rig something or, perhaps, get a case or stand for it. I don't know if those are coming. It is a unique problem to have among consoles though. Null: These are things that I'm either ambivalent about or cancel themselves out. Games: right now, breath of the wild is an amazing game, it's spectacular. Unfortunately there's not much else out yet. Bomberman, perhaps. There's a lot of stuff coming but at the moment we're kind of just waiting.
