I bought it for my daughter and it was a great decision. She not only plays games like Pokémon and MARIO on it, but she also has Hulu and YouTube installed to watch her movies during the time she has it. Great purchase very versatile from big screen to on the go.

I really enjoy having this console, my whole family gets together to play Mario party and it is so much fun! Definitely recommend to everyone

Bought this for my teenage daughter as Christmas present. She absolutely loved it. Easy to set up and easy to control for her. She was able to share with my son and husband; and they all had fun playing together. It’s a great system for the entire family.

Love the longer batter life. This was switch 3in my home and I had an older model and the batter sucked. This once is easily 2x batter life. Great for when we are not home. The older one works fine when I plan to just play on the tv only

I got the switch pretty recently, and let me just say — it was definitely worth the purchase! I had been pining for the switch for weeks at the time so that I could finally try out the new Animal Crossing game everyone on Twitter was so hyped about. This might sound bad, but I honestly play on the console at least once everyday! The only complaint that I have about the console is the cost of its games — they’re almost always $60 and the price doesn’t seem to ever drop. I guess this is something that can’t really be helped, though. Other than that — if you’re looking for something new to try out in the gaming world, I would definitely give the Nintendo Switch a go.

Great travel system for my 12 year old son. We are able to play games together with multiple controllers. Love that you can dock it to play on the TV or hold it in your hands. This system is light weight and easy to take on the go. Great product overall.

I debated over this would be a good purchase or not. I do not regret it at all. I just took it on a 19-hour road trip and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this to anyone. My only concern about this product is the joy-cons feels weak when attached to the switch screen for portable play.

Love the switch, has everything you could think of. Very nostalgic and ease of use. I was skeptical on buying at first due to the price, but I made the leap and haven't looked back since. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Great for both kids and adults!!!

This is a great gift at a great price and Best Buy's inventory is always new! This hasn't been opened because it is a Christmas gift for my 12-year-old grandson. Will check back at that time, but this is the only thing he asked for. It's certain to be a hit!

Use is relatively intuitive, controls take some getting used to but they're not bad at all. I love the portability. The game collection isn't the best out there, but it's getting better and has a lot of legitimate can't-miss titles. Worth the buy!

Fire! I was skeptical about purchasing this since I'm a die hard Xbox fan but I figured I'd give this handheld a chance. I actually purchased for my son for Christmas but after playing around with it I decided to keep it for myself.

Really impressed with the device. Easy to hook up to television for standard console gaming on HDTV. Just as easily I can grab the Switch and take it on a work trip or a trip back home to visit family. Super Awesome. If there is a complaint, its the battery life on the go, just bring a charger!

It is fun to play with friends! I enjoy Mario kart it brings me back to when I was younger.

The switch has been great for family fun time and great for my wife since she got animal crossing and its super easy to navigate since shes not a big gamer

Primarily a PC user, the switch became a system I fell in love with at a friends place. The games Ive played are all really well designed, they all run very well, look amazing for how portable the system is, and mostly all run really smooth regardless of exporting the video to a TV or playing handheld. Some games will benefit you getting a different style controller - for instance for Monster Hunter Rise you likely will have a much easier and comfortable time with even a $25 dollar budget Non-JoyCon controller.

This system is great for people of any age group. There are so many different types of games available. The system is made to be stationary or mobile, so you have the option to leave it connected to the TV or to use as a handheld device on the go. You can have multiplayer by using the controllers (2 included) and show the display on a TV or the device's screen. Overall the system gives you lots of options for set-up and playability. I absolutely love it.

The Switch is a great console. One of Nintendo's best consoles in a while. Nice to finally get further removed from the old motion detection controls that the Wii introduced and returning to more traditional controller layouts. The size, shape and abilities of the Switch are all very good. I really like that Nintendo makes their consoles to be just a console and focus on only games. I'd appreciate a Netflix app, but I'll take this instead of diluting what this hardware is. Love the simple, easy menus. The controls feel pretty good. The Joy Con controllers are just fine. The Switch screen is great. Just the right size I'd say. It's smooth, clear and feels perfect for a gaming experience. It feels great when holding it. I ended up playing it more so as a handheld, since my TV is small and it's easier to see finer details and text up close. The Switch will give you the ability to do 2 player with the two Joy Cons, such as playing Mario Kart 8, but people will probably find the tiny size of the Joy Cons awkward or uncomfortable when first introduced to them. Perhaps these were built for small children in mind, since their hands are smaller than adults. But still, no additional purchase of a second controller is necessary in order for two people to play together. Most other consoles today don't provide you with that. The docking station is good. Works really well. Switches between handheld and docked states very quickly and easily. The Switch appeared to keep battery well, though I rarely played a session long enough to really tell how long it could last. Make sure you cover the screen with a protector before docking!! There is an online, Nintendo store on the console, where you can download demos, see latest news on upcoming games or recent/popular games as well as buy a digital copy of a game to download, if you don't prefer physical copies of games. If for some reason, you remove that digital game from your console, you can always go back and re-download it, as that purchase is tied to your Nintendo account. The only thing that I felt was not as advertised was the ease of removing the Joy Con controllers off the Switch, while the Switch was in its docking station. In the trailers for the Switch it looks smooth and easy, in reality, you have to hold down the "release" buttons and pull them out, one at a time, while holding the Switch to make sure it didn't get pulled out of it's docking station. But that's a minor flaw. That's only if you need to remove them, which I didn't do often as, again, I used it mostly in it's handheld form. In conclusion, I had a pretty good time using the Nintendo Switch. I think they did such a great job designing and implementing this new console. I imagine this console is going to be around for a while.
