A lot of times I buy the consoles and they don't get used much. The Switch has gotten more use in a month than my XBox One X that I got on launch day. The versatility of being able to play in portable mode or playing on my TV has it made it really easy to find time to play it. Not the best graphics or the best controller, but it still comes out ahead for me.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not the strongest console when compared the Xbox One and PS4, but it brings something to the table that the others don't, a very, very unique approach to how it interacts with gamers. To be able to game at home on your TV, then take your gaming on the go portably is a feature that cannot be underestimated. Oh, and the exclusive games are top notch.

The small controllers are great for little hands and suprisingly easy for me to use also. Game selection and online store give many play options. Ability to play handheld and on the screen is great. Saves listening to whining about not being able to play on the TV. Great family console!

She always wanted to get a switch but never wants to spend money on herself so i decided to get her this and a few games, travel case, and a screen protector. She loves it.
