The benefit of being able to take this anywhere and play is great. I ended up buying an SD card and power bank to increase the portability. With more 3rd party games, all Nintendo needs is better a better online service and a virtual console. I would definitely recommend to others.

We never thought we could pick one up during pandemic, not to mention with the release of animal crossing. The experience is great, playing with my brother with the included mini games from it. Definitely recommend this to my friends!

Perfect gift for my daughter. Now she can play Fortnite with her cousins anytime!

The Nintendo switch. Finally. This game console you get to play it anywhere you go, honestly every time I use it, it runs smoothly.

Easily the best console purchase so far. I play excessive amounts of video games so I love being able to pickup and continue playing without any special setup. I no longer have to save and load the game elsewhere when my Gf wants to watch The Office for a bit. Seamless transitions.

Absolutely love how this system is put together and how convenient it is for game play. Have taken it with me to several functions and got to play during down time. Then went back at home with the docking station and playing on the big screen right where I left off. Brilliant idea!

My wife wanted one, ended up getting it and then we both love it. Small controllers and easy to use! In the house, on the road, or on a plane! Amazing

Overall, I'm very pleased with the switch. The system has been operating well and Breath of the Wild is amazing to play. I also like that the default controller can be used as two separate controllers for 2-player games. Also impressed with how quickly the device goes to sleep and wakes up right into game play where you left off. Main complaint so far is that the left joy-con had some intermittent connectivity issues where it would become unresponsive for a few seconds at a time. That being said, I called Nintendo Support and they had it fixed within 3 business days free of charge (sent it in for repair on Monday, got it back Thursday morning).

I love that the switch is so versatile! It can be played as a hand held device (single player), propped up and played with multiple players, and also docked to play on a TV! The controllers are also super neat and can be used in different configurations. So much fun! Well worth it!

My nintendo switch arrived right on time in perfect condition. It was exactly how I pictured it. I also bought animal crossing to play on it and it's perfect for this stay at home order. I have a great time visiting my friend's islands.

I have a multi generational household and everyone loves to play! This is a way for us to change up our family nights! The games available for the switch are great, but be warned can be very addicting!! Overall a great investment!!

Not gonna lie I was skeptical I would like the switch since I’m not a Nintendo guy. But it’s quickly become one of my favorite consoles

Wow just wow what a gaming console. The switch is so versitile and so much fun that I would recommend it to anyone with a pulse. This system is a must have for causal and hardcore gamers alike. Super Mario odyssey might go down as one of my top 5 favorite video games of all time

Where do I even begin? I was going to get the Switch anyway, as we have loved all of the Nintendo consoles, but we did not have internet when it first came out. We got internet within the first few months of the Switch coming out, but we thought about practicality. Obviously, the Switch only had a few titles at the time, one of which we already had on the Wii U (since we didn't have the Switch). The PS4 offered Netflix, Hulu, games/ more title options, etc., so we got it. We only had it for a couple of months before the Switch started dropping titles and announcing awesome future projects. I didn't want one, I NEEDED one, but they were all sold out for the longest time. I was sad, and I wanted a portable game. I started looking at the DS, but the more I looked into the Switch, the more I knew that that was the gaming system I was going with. I called around, waited... Within the next month or two, a Best Buy in my town had the Switches back in stock, and you could buy just the Switch and not be forced to buy those packages that places like GameStop forced you to get. I was so excited! I went and picked it up, with a screen protector and memory card (get one if you plan on buying a lot of the fun, cheap little games on the eShop!). Upon first glance, I was a little shocked by the size of the screen. It was a little smaller than I anticipated, but once I clicked it all together, it was the perfect size. Set up took about an hour and does require an internet connection. I brought it home and my boyfriend set it all up with the TV. This little console IS THE BEE'S KNEES. I can pause a game mid game, pop it out of the dock, and take it with me in the car and play on the way to restaurants or what have you. We can play ANYWHERE. It has great battery life as well! I can play large games like Odyssey for at least a couple of hours and it's still going! I can put my Switch on the dock mid game and BOOM, it's instanly projected on my TV. The screen resolution is WONDERFUL, far beyond that of the DS. It projects beautifully to the TV and doesn't skip a beat. The interface of this console is very simple and easy to figure out. There's an interactive guide to help you, and a news center that alerts you of new games or DLC. The shop can be kind of awkward to figure out initially, but once you mess with it a little, you can find any game you're looking for. The Switch also just got Hulu, which is great! (I watch a lot of Hulu, obviously lol.) I feel like a kid again. I am even buying titles I already have on PS4 for the Switch because I love the portability of it. It's a fantastic console and I am beyond blown away! Only thing I wish is that they would bring Yoshi's Wooly World to the Switch... Other than that, 10/10! Definitely looking forward to the incoming titles like Dark Souls, Yoshi, Pikmin, etc. which are due to come out in the next year or so! SO WORTH IT! DO YOURSELF AND YOUR INNER CHILD A FAVOR AND WOW YOURSELF WITH THIS FUN, LITTLE CONSOLE!

Always good in terms of performance but battery life is not great.

Lot of fun for the whole family. Easy to play games once you get the hang of it. Fun to see three generations of family playing games and having a good time. Only gripe would be the amount of extras to buy and the price. Not inexpensive by any means.

A great buy. Fun for the entire family at home or on the go. An extremely versatile system. The dock mode allows games to be played on the tv and handheld mode is good for the go. The switch has games for both kids and adults a like.

Every home needs a switch. Such a fun family gaming system. We have hours of family time, laughing and playing the switch. Get one!
