Great purchase, fun for the whole family to have!!

This is by far the best handheld system ever released. We're a family of 6 and own 5 of these. From gaming to watching movies to family nights... these are the best things ever! No matter age or sex, you'll enjoy the Switch!

We really love to play with nintendo switch. You can easily carry with you also you can play on large screen and joy con is really attractive when you play sports games.

The console itself is definitely unique and has made a wave in game consoles that we really haven’t seen in awhile. The ability to SWITCH from handheld to stationary mode is really fun and offers something we have never seen before. The switch offers a great line up of games and a lot of those games have been around since the 90s but Nintendo still finds a way to make the new and fun again and again. The reason that it’s four stars instead of 5 is mainly because of two reasons: 1) The joy on drift that occurs relatively quickly on it. It makes playing game unplayable and annoying. The only solution is to get a new controller or joy on. I don’t dock more points because this is something that happens across all consoles and it really is silly at this point in time to have this be such a big issue for controllers. Just put a better quality product in the sticks and I feel like that would fix the solution. 2) Not a huge deduction in points here is that the resolution isn’t up to modern games. 4K gaming and 120 FPS is the wave forward. However, this doesn’t make the game nor does it make it fun to play, just smoother. It is just a quality of life improvement that I would like to see down the road. But if you want 4K I would get a computer, you get it for the games.

Good for kids and adults. My son loves to travel with his switch, depend of the game I play with him.

Overall great system. The battery lasts a little bit longer than the older model but not substantially longer. The joycons have a tendency to slide out sometimes. Some pretty cool games though. Something for all ages.

We’d been playing the switch with other friends and family members who already owned the console, so purchasing one felt natural. Love the offerings of games, and the fact that you can break it up and play with multiple people on one device, and take it to-go is AWESOME!!! So glad this console exists and honestly is probably the best out of all the ones I grew up with, for the fact of these 2 features. Can’t wait to add more games to our library!

THis has to be the best console Nintendo has released to date. I love that I can play on the big screen and take it with me on the go. The game catalog is spectacular. I honestly can't believe I waited so long to get it.

The Nintendo switch is the Nintendo console we've all been waiting for. Wether you want something portable or playable in your living room this is the clear choice to make. With great gaming options for everyone from 6 to 99.

the 4 star is only because if lack of release games though there are a few you can download older type games for a low cost. New games to show the capability of the system would be nice . Also for the lack of availability we had to travel to get the system and pay tax even though we live in a tax free state we shouldn't have had to but they weren't stocked anywhere else. The switch has been a great system. It has the ability to be played on a tv which is very good quality for the picture and be portable. We only have 2 games as they dont have many yet, but looking forward to other games in the future. Batteries have a good life span. You can buy extra controllers and battery packs as well. Though the price is high for the system with no games included you do get it ready for multiplayer where other systems are not ready for 2 players out of the box. So it trades off in a way. I do highly recommend getting a screen protector when you get the system it is a very tight fit in the dock you dont want to scratch our screen it is touch screen as well. Also, a case we got a fully travel case for the whole case as we travel often and it would be nice to use it on travel as well as portable. There are cases for just the system and leave the dock home. Most come with game holders too.

We Love Nitendo Switch! We have become avid Golfers and Bowlers! We love the Accuracy and the User Friendly Game that gives us hours of Enjoyment and Entertainment. This Game is a good way to get off the couch and keeps you motivated. Thanks Nitendo I give this Game 5 STARS.

I like it that you can have 2 people play or a single player. My 6 year old likes it.

As of this review being over 4 weeks since it was released, if you actively follow and enjoy Nintendo's products and you want a quick an easy way to play both on the go or at home, the Switch does just that exceedingly well. I have been able to take this with me on my travels and the battery would last me almost all the way to my destination (the trip being around 4-5 hours in total). Of course this varies based on what game you play but I purchased myself a portable battery to go along and this only adds more to the great experience I have had. Not to mention the titles that are currently out for the system, I have yet to put the console down. In terms of other software, that is where the Switch is lacking. There is no internet browser, no applications such as Youtube and Netflix, and in terms of games, no Virtual console. These are, while not to some people, rather important things to have for the general market and Nintendo has already put out a statement that these features will be added later so take that as you will. Overall, a great console recovery from the commercial failure that was the WiiU. Great library so far and soon to come. I personally haven't had any issues with my console like others have, but neither should any of the new shipments coming in soon.

Will be exactly what my little guy won’t expect for Christmas. I’m so excited play these games with him. I love a lot of these games as they are more oriented to smaller kids, as other systems are not. I think this will be a great addition to his play time.

This was for my 10 year old, but he never plays it. So my 18 year old now plays on it. She has Animal Crossing and spends hours on it. The games are expensive, but purchased 10 months ago and has been working well.

while it was hard to actually purchase the switch due to it being out of stock everywhere, now that i have it i love it. super easy and fun to use, my five year old sister has tons of fun with it and can use it easily

I bought this console for my 3 and 5 year old, and ended up getting hooked myself lol. So much fun for the family, but then also perfect for adults. Zelda Breath if the Wild has taken over in our household, as well as Mario kart.
