I haven't owned a Nintendo system since the N64 (still have the original NES and SNES). This definitely has the old Nintendo magic in its simple and fun design. 3 things I love most about the system: 1) having the choice to play on TV or portable anytime. I'm still getting used to the freedom, it's seamless and transitions instantly. If the family wants to use the TV in the entertainment room but I'm in the middle of a level/race I can just pause then continue without the TV. 2) no achievements or trophies! They started out ok but seems they've become a way to lure players into buying DLC or play numerous online matches to have 100%. The freedom to just play and never worry about those things is wonderful, life is stressful enough without a system keeping a checklist on my profile. I can just appreciate the game for what it is, how games were meant to be. 3) so much fun playing with my family, Nintendo has the BEST family and kids games. My daughter loves Mario Kart, and we usually get one race in before bed...a fun way to end the day. It's kinda special enjoying a game I played as a kid, with my kid :-) The system feels expensive so I'm concerned if it can handle being dropped by a 7 year old. I ask her to only use it while sitting on the couch for now, until there are more available in stores. It feels like a miniature Surface computer with controllers on the side. Everything feels well made, we've had some heated multiplayer matches and the little joy cons work great, no signs of wear on the buttons or analog sticks. So far it's great, I haven't touched my PS or Xbox since getting this. And I keep thinking how great it would be to have the games on those consoles available on Switch, like Skyrim...which is coming. The only downside(s) for me is that Nintendo needs to add a virtual console soon, I would love to play older games on Switch. Seems they're trying to sell the classic mini systems first, but it will happen eventually. Great little gaming machine!

I can’t believe it took me so long to purchase a Switch. I’m not the most adamant gamer so often times I find myself leaving games unfinished on other consoles or even struggling to find something to play. The switch has a plethora of amazing games to choose from which won’t just tire you out after a few weeks, but keep you coming back during any free time you have, and with the portability, that gives you even more ways to enjoy.

Nintendo Switch has it all! So glad I finally found one available during these times. Recommending it for parents with little because Mario Kart is a blast for all ages.

I love this gaming system- it’s so versatile in the game you can play, and is amazing in its portability. The Best Buy curbside pickup experience was also awesome!

Bought it as a birthday gift and my nephew has yet to out it down.. He really likes Mario and the graphics are really good! I love the versatility and the different ways you can play

Love the Switch family of products. My sons brought a Lite and we have enjoyed it so much that we invested in the Console !! Many happy hours of family gaming to be had.

I was trying to find a game system that was kid friendly. The Nintendo switch is amazing. It has all the games I grew up playing and my kids love playing it as well. I highly recommend it!

I love the switch and my purchase was for my husband. He’s really enjoyed the extended battery life with the second generation of the console. We also had great shipping time

My 14-year-old son is really enjoying this! He has been wanting one for so long and there was actually one left in the store and he was able to get it and is estatic!

Grandson loves it! I got it for his birthday, he couldn't believe I bought it and didn't say, "it's too expensive !" It makes me happy to see him happy. Now I can go back and buy him a game every special occasion!

Really hard to get. Took over an hour of refreshing screens and trying to find one in stock. But it is the best hand held game system. Our kids each have one now and love it!!!

My son is 10yrs old and he wanted this for Christmas. He loves this and this is what he plays with the most. I like that it’s a handheld system so he can take it with us and not need access to a tv all the time.

despite the scarce numbers during pandemic, happy to see that Best buy gets restocks - shipping was received within time as posted. Happy to be a nintendo switch owner!

Great Christmas gift very entertaining and you can also get YouTube on your tv once you connect the game just need to download it

The original switch was already a good system. But the battery upgrade that this new model has makes the new switch the one to buy. More useful for long trips due to extended battery.

Nintendo really outdid themselves with the Switch. I haven't enjoyed a Nintendo system this much since I got the Nintendo 64 as a kid. It's super portable and has been a blast at all my family parties this year.

We struggled with the decision to buy a video game console or not. The Switch has been a perfect solution - and friends that have a xbox or PlayStation at home love playing it just as much. The best part, in my opinion, is the mobility it offers. Being able to easily pack it up as a handheld for overnight stays or long travel is a great feature. Favorite games in our house are Zelda (wild), Mario kart and dance 2018 - among all ages. Great first video game console. Couldn't be happier.

From the start, you can tell the Switch is built well and meant to be versatile. The only real gripe is that they have not released enough Nintendo content to date. The new Zelda and Mario games are near perfect.
