I enjoyed seeing the expression on my siblings' faces when I showed them the switch I got for them. They played it the whole time I was there and I even joined in on the fun!

So much fun! Got husband this for Christmas and it is a blast. We did not stop playing it all Christmas day and the pickup at Best buy was fast and easy.

Glad I was finally able to get one. Games are great and the ability to play on handheld and through the tv makes it easy for solo or group plays. Would recommend.

Best thing I got my kids for Christmas last year!!

The Nintendo Switch is very simple and fun device. Great as a console and even better on the go. I can play it for hours and still be thoroughly entertained

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. I love how you are able to take it on the go. she's also able to move the base to whatever room she's in with ease. Nintendo didn't disappoint!!!

My daughter is 16 and she doesn't play video games very much but she loves playing the handheld switch and the ability to hook it up to the tv makes it that much funner to enjoy with purple in the room.

Some many different options with it! Single player, 2 player, play as handheld, play on the table and connect to the tv! Best thing I have ever bought my kids!

First time with a switch. Love the portability while still being able to plug into the TV so it's a full console. Price comparable to other places, glad I made the purchase!

Fun to use, connecting the console to the tv was simple, though when I tried to connect it to a different TV/different house, it didn’t connect. But the hand held console worked so no big deal, I guess.

Can't go wrong with Nintendo! It has always been my choice for gaming, since the 90s. The Switch is awesome! Easy to setup super fun to play by yourself or with others.

This is one of the best handheld systems out there ever! With the added benefit of being able to play on the big screen. You don't even lose capability from the TV to on the go the gameplay is the same.

Got the new standard switch and just for the better battery makes this purchase worth it. We get about 2-3 more hours of battery life verses our slightly older switch

This thing has been tons of fun the past several months of ownership (got it in May 2020 - revewing in Dec 2020). The only warning i'll give is - beware, it's EASY to go well beyond the $300 base price buying accessories and such. So plan out what extras you think you'll need (extra dock, pro controller, extra joycons, carrying case, online membership, etc). Still a good value overall. Also of note, in the 6+ months of ownership, i haven't had any joycon drifting issues. BUt i also don't use the joycons/handheld mode that often - mostly pro controller in docked mode.

Really like the switch for graphics and games. Not super ergonomic and the device gets heavy to hold after awhile. It plugs into the tv. Also uses standard USB C charger (so works with laptop charger as well). Long battery life. Need to get online plan to use all the features. We've had trouble with the Joy-cons, but Nintendo's warranty covered it.

Great piece of intuitive, mobile gaming technology they've got here. I only wish the output was a higher resolution (maximum 1280 x 720) when in console mode (plugged into its cradle, and playing on a television screen). It's battery life varies greatly based on the demands of the game you're playing. The device compensates this inconvenience by charging relatively quickly. I'm an adult gamer, and only purchased it to pass the time while I was in the hospital. It's a great product for gamers on the go, entertaining yourself while traveling, and on down times - geared primarily for younger users. It still doesn't beat a regular console in game variety or quality, but if you must be on the go - it's a must have.

I was skeptic at first of the Nintendo Switch but the design, large screen and exclusive Nintendo titles convinced me to purchase early into covid quarantine and boy was it worth the price! I’m an older-ish millennial video game fanboy who fell in love with Nintendo at an early age, then Sega and finally PlayStation. The Dreamcast amazed me as a youngin’ and is extremely underrated, then I got a GameCube and Wii which changed things of course and finally a PS3 and 4. Every company / console had its benefits and faults but the Switch is the least of the new wave or the gaming wars. I don’t even plug it into my TV tbh… the portable screen is just fine. I’m not tempted to get the new even bigger portable screen option *sigh*. I can bring it anywhere I want and plug-and-play which, let’s be real, the PS5 might have superior graphics etc but it can’t go with my in my backpack wherever. I’ll eventually give-in and get a PS5 when the demand / prize goes down but for now, the Switch is a boredom lifesaver. I just bought and finished the new Metroid Dread and was blown away at the quality. Sure, Nintendo might have less game output but the ones they do finish deliver in spades. A+++++++

Got this as a Christmas gift for a 12 year old boy. He loved it. Easy to setup, easy to use.
