What's not to love about the switch? I've never had a performance issue with it, its portable, fun to play. And its pretty kid friendly and durable. Worth the pricetag

I purchased this as a gift for my 10 year old and he loves it! He plays it every day, especially because he can play Fortnite on it. It has a sleek design and can be played with a controller, on the handheld, or by separating the joy cons.

Awesome innovative console. While Playstation and xbox have been releasing very similar consoles with high specs every generation, Nintendo has actually worked on making a console with unique functionality. The ability to switch between home console and portable mode means you can take your big screen games on the go with you. The switch also allows for a big range of customization with various accessories not available to the other consoles.

Really entrained my little siblings and have very a variety of games would purchase again

We have been dying to get one of these things since COVID started and luckily we got it for original price instead of being up-charged another $100. It's has great family friendly games and they are easy to learn. I did not realize how many games are out there for the switch. Do not buy the games for full price, you can usually find one for a good deal unless you absolutely want it. Overall wonderful switch, works great and we love it! Highly Recommend!

Waiting through most of the pandemic for one of these at list price and finally got one. Well worth the wait.

I love the product, it’s very good and I would like to buy again

I originally bought the Switch to bring on vacation, but quickly found it to be my go-to gaming device even after I got back home (where my main console is a ps4). It's easy to pick up and play and having the unique joycon controllers makes each game feel like a new experience. The new Mario Odyssey and Zelda are must have games without a doubt and have quickly taken over all my free time. This is the first Nintendo console I have had since the 64 and I have no regrets. Looking forward to even more great titles coming out during the holiday season.

The joy-con are a bit delicate, but I knew that going in. Love the versatility and selection of games available.

Arrived even earlier than the original estimated date! Easy to use and fun for a variety of types of games.

Had an original switch and the battery life was pretty good. Was waiting for a new release with better battery and this hasn't disappointed through the first few weeks. Worth getting the new chip version than the older one.

The switch as a mobile device is as good as it gets. It's a long lifed tablet with easy to use and comprehensive controls, what makes the switch great is that you can also throw it up on a tv and continue playing it as a console or vice versa. Right now Zelda and Mario Cart are great, I can only hope that Nintendo continues to make great games to keep the platform relevant.

Seems like what Nintendo has done with the Switch is (finally) take what worked with the Wii and Wii U, and cut out all that didn't. Innovative, user-friendly hardware and software, extremely portable design, great battery life, highly responsive, and so far reliable. The split controller design isn't as hard to get used to as it seems, and allows for very casual and comfortable play- yesterday I was playing Zelda with my arms crossed- but it also comes with a controller shell you can slide them into if you'd still rather the feel of a single controller. The system can be played as a handheld, but comes with an HDMI cord for hookup to a monitor or TV. Oh, and there's a screenshot button right on the controller. All in all, the Switch is the real deal, and it seems Nintendo finally decided to fix its recent weaknesses and design a solid, more modern, fun system again. Highly recommend, and Breath of the Wild is the really the only game you're going to need for a good while anyways. Side note: Nintendo is also using the same strategy they used with the Wii and creating scarcity by selling limited numbers of them at a time. The Switch I bought happened to be the very last in stock after a shipment Best Buy had received earlier that day. So keep this in mind as this was the only downside I experienced in buying a Switch.

If you are a real gammer and what to play on the go this is the one. Play with friends on regular TV and go to the park and keep playing. Great.

Girlfriend is super pleased with my gift that I got her for Christmas. She’s been stuck in the stoneage playing god knows what on her GameCube that somehow functions. I think she’s still playing the original Zelda on it. Anyway, I bought this and the games based on recommendations by Brendan in that area. Awesome guy. Probably should get a raise for persuading me to get the new Zelda game. Told me about some of the newer games that’ll come out as well down the road. GF can’t wait for them. Did I mention my girlfriend is super pleased with it?
