I bought this for a gift to share between my two young boys. They love it. It can be carried or they can sit it on the console. You do have to buy some accessories to play some of the games, which can start adding up in cost, but this does keep them moving. We are a family that likes activities that keep us moving and this helps when we have a little down time on rainy days. They love the fact they can share it or if the other is gone or not in the mood for a game it can be played as a one player game as well.

Good way to game. Play MarioKart with daughter on tv w/ split controllers (she doesn't have to hold down gas), bring upstairs to play handheld. Only problem has been joy cons occasionally not turning on right away, and one error caused a system reboot. Minor glitches that hasn't caused much grief. Fun system.

Pre-ordered this and haven't regretted it one bit. The screen is nice and bright and actually looks better than on my tv. Works as advertised, when its docked you can play on the big screen and pulling it out of the cradle smoothly reverts to the small screen. I recommend a controller for this, the Joy-cons are nice with the adapter but a regular controller would be better...........As for BestBuy, they had everything ready for me to pkup at the store and had a very positive experience as I always do with them.

Awesome console. Portability is a big plus. Powerful enough to run decent ports of Doom, Skyrim. Near perfect first party games.

I absolutely love my Nintendo Switch. I enjoy having the option to play my games on-the-go or docked to my television set. Having a versatile gaming system allows me to have more fun playing with my family and friends. I enjoy playing my games around the house and away from home. I experienced easy setup and no issues. My Nintendo Switch arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend the Nintendo Switch.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my 9 year old grandson. He still enjoys playing with it.

Nintendo has managed to redefine the home gaming console yet again. I have barely touched our Wii U system, no because there is anything wrong with it, just nothing compelling enough to pull me away from gaming on my PC. So when I bought the Switch for the purpose of playing the latest Legend of Zelda game I didn’t expect much more. Well… it exceeded my expectations and keeps my attention while all my other new games collect dust. It is surprisingly small but powerful enough for graphic rich gaming. Possibly one of the best features is that it fills two device categories for the price of one. It works great as a console connected to your TV and also is great to take on the road to play as a handheld device or hook up at a friend’s house for party games or to occupy the kids for a while. I recommend getting the pro controller too, it is just more natural feeling for some games and there should be some cheaper aftermarket ones coming out soon if you don’t want to spend $69 on a controller. The price of the system itself though makes it the least expensive console on the market, and only slightly more expensive than most handheld games while filling both roles. I highly recommend the Nintendo Switch!

One of the best game systems for friends. Easy to use, easy to play with an endless amount of games

Thanks to Best Buy’s rapid Nintendo Switch restocks I was able to purchase my Nintendo switch even during when there were none in store and it was hard to come by online. And I am very pleased with how it came and how it was package! I wasn’t very pleasant in how long it took to get to my home but I believe it must be a bit difficult to get packages to their respective households on time especially during our growing pandemic.

I purchased this console for my daughter for Christmas 2019. She is 11 and loves the games she can play. She does not often use the handheld features, as she prefers using her phone, but I loved that this was an option. I will say being an avid user of other gaming consoles since the 90’s, this console is not as user friendly. The layout of the gaming case isn’t very intuitive and you don’t get a solid indication that the handheld screen is properly docked once connected to the base. The game cartridges are also small and work like SD chips, unlike discs utilized by other consoles. You also cannot use a memory device and a physically purchased game at the same time. Something to keep in mind if you plan to purchase this device. Overall I would recommend this device for those who are looking for a versatile system that can service as a mobile gaming device (good for road trips!)

This was my first console in a long time. Saw the hype around it and it stands true. Its 4k compatible, portable and wasy to use. Highly recommended especially if you have family and little one. Nice to huddle around the game and spend quality time. The pickup service even with Covid was pretty fast. Great value for the money. Please note to play online on any game, you would need Nintendo online membership.

I have owned numerous gaming systems by Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation, Sega......about all of them. This by far has quickly become my favorite. The quality is better than I've seen in a long time and the graphics are amazing. Not to mention the versatility of being able to use it as a personal handheld, to playing on my 65in tv without sacrificing the graphics, quality or your position in the game is unbelievable. Playing the multi-player games on this portable device is something I am looking forward to!

This game was bought by my 11 year old son for him. He sold all his skylanders and Disney Infinity figures. In addition to what he earns for taking out the garbage. He does not regret, he is very happy with his purchase. He likes the level of speed and sharpness and above all the portability of the console. It is enjoying a lot on the way and in the house playing Super Mario Oddisey, Zelda and Sonic Forces. It is definitely the most recommended console for being portable and for use in the game room.

Mainly bought it for Tetris as I couldn’t seem to find the game anywhere else. Who knew I would get addicted to Overcooked. Bought all three editions and played with my friends. The console is very portable and it allows up to two players, 4 if the other two players have their own controllers. Connecting the controllers are pretty instant after you get the hang of it. Charging from 25% to max takes around 45 minutes.

Absolutely best purchase I’ve made. Even though I grew up playing GameCube, the switch has truly been a game changer for Nintendo and the best move they have made

this new updated switch is a lot better than the previous. no faulty pieces, lasts longer as well. Great buy

A good system. Nintendo memories just keep coming. Being allowed to play new games and even pay to get a subscription to the older titles is awesome. I love coming back to this even with having a PS5.
