My son loved this new system!! Took it with him to friends place on campus - they all loved it. Then his book bag was stolen and all were disappointed!! However we are getting him a new one this week- so they will be happy again!!!

It is fun for the whole family. The switch can be used so many different ways. And the kids love using it in the car. I got extra controllers so more of us could play together. And with the system being so small it fits anywhere.

This was a Christmas purchase for my kids and they love it. I am enjoying playing games like Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart with them as well. Very fun for the whole family.

I was debating getting a 2DSXL since i miss having a handheld console. The switch is that and then some. I absolutely love having this thing for its portability. I dont play too much on tv, but the little i did, i enjoyed as well.

The kids absolutely love it! It was originally a gift, but him and his brother absolutely love to play and they even get all of us family playing when I come over! So much funnn :)

If you can find one, I highly recommend picking it up. It's a great console. Well built, looks great, and okay battery life for what it does out of the dock. I am excited for the future of the Switch and cannot wait for more games.

This was a great bargain for a portable game console. My kids are not avid gamers but theyʻve learned to play the Super Mario gamed easily. Weʻve started a family game night and wife now joins in.

I haven’t had a gaming system in a long time, I brought the Nintendo switch and I absolutely love it! Easy to carry on the go. Love the fact that I can connect it to the TV and play. Recommend.

I got the Nintendo Switch for my son. The setup was easy and creating the Nintendo account was effortless. We have had it for almost a year and it is his preferred console to date.

I've been gaming for over 20 years and have had the privilege of playing every Nintendo console released in America. I must say that the Switch is by far my favorite. As with most new consoles there aren't many games out yet, but the somewhat early port of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe really has me excited about this console. I take my Switch to work and almost always have another co worker wanting to race. It is fantastic at creating a fun atmosphere in the break room. I feel like I live in a Switch commercial every time I take a break at work.

The versatility of this console alone is a deal breaker, taking this on trips after getting more joy cons and buying some party games has made the purchase worth it multiple times

I was originally skeptical about getting this console, but the system itself along with it's top games are great. The transitioning between docked and portable mode is instant and convenient.

I feel like most people have the Switch now so not much is needed here, but I love my system and with their many Mario games, the boredom never stops. Perfect for travel or at home.

We bought this Nintendo Switch for our daughter she’s been wanting this and we’re finally bought it and she loves that she can hook it up to the tv and also take it in the car

It's a shame that Nintendo can never/does never keep up with the demand for their products. I managed to get a pre-order for this console the night it was announced, and have had it since then. Most people will get this for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which is a really, really amazing game. I wasn't interested at first until I watched my sister play her copy. I had never been that into the Zelda franchise before, but now I'm thinking about going back and playing some older titles. Zelda and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe are a lot of fun, and the portability of the console is great. I was able to play Mario Kart on the train a few weeks ago on the way home from out of town, which is amazingly cool for a "home" console. I think Nintendo has passed through the growing pains of the Wii U. "Switch" isn't even that terrible of a name, hahaha. All that said, if you're not interested in either of those games, you may wanna hold off on purchasing this. There are other games available, but not "big" ones so much. Splatoon 2 is coming out in July, and the next Super Mario game comes in October. There are also Yoshi, Kirby, and Pokemon games announced for next year. My point is, you could wait on this for more games to come out. There are some great ones coming. Hopefully they get around to adding a Virtual Console to the system as well, so we can play older games on it. If you want to play Zelda and Mario Kart now though, go for it. It's a great console and more amazing games are coming soon. If you just want to play Zelda and no other future games that were announced at E3, pick up a used Wii U and sell it when you're done. Mario Kart 8 is also available on Wii U, and the "Deluxe" subtitle on the Switch version just means that all the DLC from the Wii U release is included. All that is available with the Wii U version, to my understanding (for an additional cost) but the Switch is portable and has a higher resolution. Oh also, it wasn't clear to me from demonstrations or their presentation, but the Switch tablet does have a touch screen. Then the "Joy Con" controllers are detachable, and there's also a wireless Pro Controller option, which is optional, but I recommend it if you've got the money (around $60.)
