Nintendo has done great in combining the handheld with the console for a great system

Bought for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to transport and to use on long drives.

Whole family loves playing together. Also everyone loves playing it when on the go.

I couldn't make up my mind whether to get a PS4 or Switch first. I wasn't impressed with my last Nintendo console (Wii), so I was hesitant to buy into the Switch hype. I asked several friends who had both system, and most said the same thing: They like the PS4, but they LOVE the Switch. We all have similar tastes in games, so sold! So far, very few complaints. It took a while to get setup because I thought that having an existing NNID meant I surely must have a Nintendo account as well. Nope. Silly me. I love that it is both a TV console system and a portable handheld. The battery life is not very good, tho. I would estimate at about 2-3 hours. Roughly the same as the 3DS, but that's understandable. If you are to play for long hours, it's best to play on the TV so you don't stress your eyes. Another small complaint is the connectivity of the joy cons. When they are detached from the Switch, I find them to be not as responsive sometimes. Usually re-pairing them does the trick.

I have kids and the fact that I can take it anywhere and play with my kids is fantastic.

It allows my son the ability to have it on the tv or take it with him. Great product!

All of my other grandchildren got a switch for Christmas. The youngest is only 4 so he didnt get one. So for his birthday, i decided he needed one. He loves playing it and we love that we can connect it to the television so all the grandkids can play together.

This has been everything we imagined. Glad we purchased the hard bigger case for more traveling protection

So far so good. Lots of freebies. Just wish they had Netflix and Vudu. They do have YouTube and Hulu though. Lots of discount games for sale. I also bought extra controllers and a different dock that hooks up to the TV.

This is the perfect gaming system for on the go and for at home. My grandson loves it.
