What’s not to like about a system that lets you play on your 4K tv and switch to the tablet and go outside? Or into another room? Let’s be honest...when nature calls, your Switch can go with you. It’s the Gameboy on steroids. After the...meh...Wii U, this one is a home run. Great job, Nintendo. With Best Buy, I ordered Online and received it 4 days later. The delivery time was just what they promised.

My son and I have been playing this non-stop since I bought it. Mario Kart, Zelda, and Splatoon 2 are a few games we have purchased so far and haven't been let down. The quality of the console is fantastic and its so neat you can have it on your TV and just take it off of the dock and walk around the house playing your games without skipping a beat. This is the best Nintendo console yet in my opinion.

This is a very nice gaming system. The games are great and what everyone has come to expect from Nintendo. The console is easy to operate. The mobile gaming option is fantastic. The only cons I’d have: it is a relatively expensive system. The joycons are slightly loose-fitting when connected to the tablet. The dock stands upright, which means the tablet must be inserted from above—this is a bit of an inconvenience when trying to make shelf-space on an entertainment console. The dock can lay flat, but the tablet does not lock securely into the dock in this configuration, which could possibly expose the tablet to being knocked out of the dock. These are minor gripes, and overall this is a very nice gaming system.

The Switch performs like a portable & with the included hdmi cable games can be played on a monitor as well. The games are very vivid and colorful & the Switch seems to have the power to drive them effortlessly. It does require a lot of battery for Mariokart 8, even with the Swith on ac through a monitor the battery can be depleted. Very happy with the performance so far, would definitely recommend.

An upgrade for game playing compared to the Wii. We mostly use it for playing games via the TV and the resolution is excellent. It is a bit difficult to set up and get use to the controls but once set up it works great.

I can't recommend this console highly enough. I have been away form gaming for a long time and this has totally revitalized my love for video games. The games Nintendo are putting are top notch and really driving home the sense of fun. This is truly the only must have home console currently. Almost everything on a PS4 or XBONE can be replicated on a PC, the same can certainly not be for the Switch.

Probably overpriced for it's capabilities and the games available, but I was looking for a way to introduce my 5 year old to gaming and Mario etc seemed like a good start. She's having fun and there are a few clear hits for this age group. I'm surprised at the poor quality of the controllers, but I've upgrade to 8bitdo controllers and would recommend those for anyone. Games are stupid expensive unless you get them on sale, but I've been spoiled by playing 5+ year old steam games for years.

My step son loves it. It is portable and he can play with his friends and relatives. Super cool gaming system. It's also nice that he isn't stuck in front of his tv in order to enjoy it . This was a Christmas gift and it made his day. It functions well with no glitches and games are affordable. I recommend it highly

Love it! Been getting good use from it even though the only game being played is Zelda "breath of the wild". It's going to take a while to get through this game!

We purchased this for our family as a group gift last Christmas and haven't regretted it since. We love that you can dock it and play it on the TV and then transition to portable use. Would HIGHLY recommend for the family, as you can each play under your own account (and not mess up other people's progress or gameplay).

I bought this for my birthday and its been amazing.

I would say hands down this is my favorite gaming console. I also had the Wii U and this is exactly what the Wii U should have been from the beginning. The improved battery life is AMAZING. The only downside is the graphics power versus the competition but for what It lacks here it makes up for in portability factor many times over.

I didn’t really know what to expect with the Switch since I haven’t owned a Nintendo system since the N64. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed the Switch. It’s awesome to play on the road whether it’s the car, train or plane. I have gotten hooked on Breath of the Wild and I love being able to take it with me. I’m sure future titles will be great as well and make the purchase even better.

This has been a great product. I’ve not had any issues and set up was very user friendly for someone who is not into the gaming world. I would say that it would be better if it had more storage built into it, but other than that I can’t complain.

I've always been a Nintendo fan but I wasn't sure I would use the portable option. I was originally thinking it would be a waste of a lithium battery. Now that I own one, I use it more as the portable tablet than I do on the TV. I love having both options. Despite the form factor, the device is powerful and the graphics are gorgeous. I can't wait for more games from my favorite studios.

Got this as a birthday gift and I haven't stop playing it since! the fact that I can go from flat screen to hand held is the best reason for using this console. Nintendo knocked it outta the park with this one! Get one if you can you wont regret it. PS. skip the switch lite and just go with this one. BE SURE TO GET A RED BOX ONE!!!

The Nintendo Switch won't be a ultra 4k bleeding edge console but it is a console that is just good enough. I love this thing. It has the best two games this year in Zelda and Mario and something which I don't think gets enough publicity is the digital games you can buy for this. I bought the extra red and blue joy cons for this as well for some snazzy combos. An absolute must have.

Great purchase for the family. You can play it on the tv or handheld. Great for parties when you wanna play with multiple players. Just overall fun! Glad i was able to scoop this at best buy. Been waiting to get this for a while. Hard to get for some reason. Others are price gouging and i’m lucky to buy it at retail price.

Excellent choice, bought for great grands. They love them.
