I bought the Switch purely because I learned they had ported Skyrim to it, and as a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls genre I was hoping to devote some of my train commute to questing around Tamriel. In this sense, the Switch does not disappoint. I am not a graphics connoisseur, but - compared to the PC version - Skryim plays really well on the Switch.

This is my new favorite video game console. I love the games. And if you have family and friends, you can play with them which makes the games even fun. I always bring mine to work then when i get home, i plug it in my tv. You won’t regret buying this!

Totally love it. Got it for my 10y/o and he loves it. It was delivered on time and delivered exactly as advertised! We traveled with it to South Africa and it still worked!!!

Our youngest son saved up his money and this was his first Big purchase. So the rest is in his own words “Overall it’s very good and fun! But every once in a while there are repetitive mild glitches and loading times for opening games takes a while but other then that I’d say it’s very well!”

I absolutely love my switch. It is the first on my list of gaming consoles. Although there isn't many games yet compared to a 3ds or current generation console, the games out for it are really fun (google a complete list). What I love the most about the switch is the docking capability. I can set it on my tv, but if someone wants to use it or its getting late, i can use the small screen. There are two things i really dont like about this console: One being; the battery life. I reccomend just plugging the charging cable directly if you plan on using the small screen. The second one is; the joy-cons. When they are placed on the sides of the screen, it feels like with a little pressure you can break them apart. If you take them off and put the small black parts, they always make a crackling noise like they're breaking. The colors are sweet, but I had to buy a cover for it, since its that type of material that if you touch it you leave your fingerprints all over it. Other than that, its a pretty solid console. It runs skyrim better than current gens, but ofcourse it doesnt look as good, but not by much. I do recommend this console.

It was for my step daughter and she loves it. Has lots of game options, many are from my child hood.

First I want to point out that I bought this console before, but had to return it for overheating issues. I hunted for it again, for two weeks, and eureka I found it again (note I bought them both at different stores of the same name brand store). I didn't even care it wasn't the Neon Blue/Red Joy Con I wanted. I hope this tells you how much I liked the console, and all its simple, yet useful features. Mind you, I only have one game, and it's not even one of the more sough after, but it's good enough to entertain. The eShop has quite a few demos to enjoy too, which lets me see just how good the Switch can be if I only had the money for games. Mind you, the console, when played on docked mode, gets so hot, it's almost worrisome, and in handheld mode, it can get warm after 1 hour of play, but it's oh-so-wroth it. A great console from Nintendo with many promising features and possibilities. The 32GB system storage is quite off-putting and might scare you, but right now, it's more than enough, and you can always catch a micro SD card with more capacity to up that storage. I have had a taste of this HD Rumble gimmick they've been talking about, and honestly I am loving it, and hope it's implemented into more games. I wish I could say more, but having only one game that isn't even a major game to begin with, doesn't help me really try out and push the Switch, but know that so far I am loving it, I am loving that it's a home console and handheld, and that so many 1st and 3rd party titles are already on the way.

I purchased it on Christmas eve. It was a last minute gift and Bestbuy pulled through. I was getting the run around from other places.

Nintendo’s switch is the most incredible system they’ve ever designed. This is the future of consoles, and Sony and Microsoft and others haven’t quite picked up on it yet. Nintendo is always innovating with their systems, and this one is a grand slam. The tablet alone has enough processing power to handle full console games like smash bros in 1080p, whether handheld or docked up to your big screen. One of my only concerns was I thought the controllers would take long to charge, but that’s not true. The switch charges via USB-C, so the charging time on the tablet and joy-con controllers is super fast. We got a “low battery alert” while playing a game, and docked the controller that was low, within 30 mins it was back to full charge. Awesome!

Very fun gaming system and a very convenient one at that. Would recommend for gamers who travel a lot.

This product is a great way to entertain young children and its hours of fun. The best thing about this product is that you can take it with you and you don’t need to stay in one location to use it.

I bought this for my boys and even though it's working well they don't really use it much. They wanted it, but I guess to use as a display unit. They prefer to use their playstation 4 and xbox over this console. I'm not saying it's not good, it works and the quality is fine. It does its job.

It's amazing, I was willing to buy this console for a while, but due to the pandemic it was impossible to find, but with a little bit of luck in a visit to Best Buy website, I was able to get it.....Finally!! Shipping+Tax was a little expensive, but all worthy. It's perfect!!
