These were impossible to find when I was searching about a month ago (maybe they still are). Best Buy was the only store that ever had any in stock without a ridiculous markup. I bought it to play Animal Crossing: New Horizons and I love it. I haven’t owned a Nintendo console since the original DS but the learning curve was easy. I like that you can play handheld or on a TV.

Ordered this online and chose store pickup, took less than five minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left, worked perfect right out of the box no issues. I've already gotten tons of use out of it between my family and I, and not had a single problem. Would definitely recommend if you're lucky enough to check when they have stock in like I was.

Great versatile console. If you don’t know this already, where have you been?? There are rumors of a 4K version early 2021, so if you care about that, maybe hold off. Compared to the next gen consoles this is weak, but it’s a hand held device that can connect to the tv. It plays Mario and look gorgeous on my 4K TV even at 1080p output. What more can you want??

A year later and this continues to be one of the most fun game consoles I have ever owned. Plus, the game selection is outstanding and varied (games for everyone in the family for sure). I purchased the pro controllers as I’m not a fan of the feel of the joy cons in my hands for docked play. We are going to purchase a second system for this Christmas.

I love the multiple options that come with the Nintendo switch whether it be playing on the handheld or projecting on the tv. It comes with two controllers that can be used as two separate controllers or one. Works great. I love that they added online for Mario that way I can play with my nephew.

I bought this RIGHT AS the quarantine was beginning. Thank goodness. I don't know how I would have kept my sanity without Animal Crossing to suck away all of my free time. But in all real-ness, I LOVE this console. I love how versatile it is. I can game at home, on the TV or on the couch while still being able to watch Netflix. My only regret is not getting one sooner.

I haven't set it down since I got it. It's been out of stock for months, so when I saw that Best Buy had it again, I knew I had to jump on it. It's great as a handheld device, but it's also tons of fun on the TV as well. It's definitely brought something new to the table when it comes to staying indoors and I'm happy to have made the purchase.

It all started at the end of 2012. Nintendo promised to release the highly anticipated Zelda game with one of the largest and ambitious worlds. I bought a Wii U awaiting the Zelda game. The only game I purchased was Mike Tyson Punch Out... I continued to wait and no Zelda game. 2013, 2014, 2015, nothing. I gave up on Nintendo and sold my Wii U on eBay with all original parts and with box in immaculate condition. Then out of the blue (to me) the Nintendo Switch was released March 7, 2017 and guess what longly anticipated game was released as a release title? Yup, The Legend of Zelda Breath of The Wild. Argh!, as my inner pirate bemoaned. I waited to even consider purchasing one because of my previous disappointment with Nintendo. My anger subsided or was all but forgotten during this pandemic. There are more serious things to concern myself with. I decided that if it wasn’t sold out and I profited from my stock investments that I would buy a Switch and Zelda. Well, the coincidence of events lined up perfectly and I bought one. So glad I did. I have all game consoles and don’t play any of them. Even with The Last of Us 2...not that it isn’t excellent. Not the argument but Nintendo and Zelda and I have a past that was long worth the wait.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He travels a lot for work so given the fact that he can’t carry his huge gaming console around I figured this would be the next best thing. I’ve even used it myself to play some games and absolutely love it! It reminds me of my PSP days. This is definitely something for all ages and would 100% buy again.

I really bought the Switch so I could play Breath of the Wild on the go. I have to say that I think it’s my new favorite Nintendo system. The graphics are super clear and the games are great. The only negative is that you do need a grip case if you want to play for extended periods of time, because the angle of your hands with the Switch alone will likely cause cramping.

I’ve wanted the full size switch console and had really enjoyed my switch lite so I finally bit the bullet and purchased the full size console to play on the tv and on the go the newer version has a better screen and longer battery life also purchased a 256gb micro sd for all my digital games and couldn’t be happier with it

I haven't really owned a Nintendo product since I traded my wii for an xbox years ago. I finally caved and bought this out of sheer boredom, and also purchased Animal Crossing and Breath of the Wild. The Switch is great quality, the handheld screen has an excellent battery life, and overall this is a really fun system to play on. Highly recommend!
