Solid consul portable or Home consul. A lot of games to choose from.

Love the portability. Breathes new life into indies that would otherwise sit unplayed on a pc, Xbox, or ps4. Awesome exclusives. I had forgotten how high quality Nintendo games were. Ingenious device. Joycons can be used in hand held, or separately, or with a grip to make a real controller, or individually for two players. Such a smart idea! Gyro control also great. Love it!

I have owned my Switch for about a month now and I’m loving it. I had been looking for a Switch and to my surprise, despite there having been talk of lack of availability, I managed to snag one up. Personally I use this more as a hand held and don’t connect it often to my TV, of which I can’t really address the issue of scratching the screen when placing on the included dock. I will say, do get accessories for the system such as a case and screen protector. You can get these as a bundle with Switch accessories that usually include a case, game card cases, and a plastic screen protector. Also, see if you can manage to get the Animal Crossing or Mario Kart bundles because they already include these games respectively and the bundles aren’t common to find, at least for me. Overall, the Switch is easy to set up, getting physical games are a bit better since they won’t take up much storage space as opposed to digital downloads, and playability is fun and easy. Currently I’m playing Mario Odyssey and Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild, and yes I’m late to the game, but they are very intuitive and well thought out games, they are must owns. I am very happy with my Switch purchase!

I got this for my kids for Christmas. They really like that they can buy the games online instead of keeping track of physical games. They also like that it is easy to switch between hand held game use and on the TV. We purchased an extra controller as well as the family online membership at the same time which was an excellent purchase.

It’s just fun. Whether you play with a group or just alone. You can’t beat the Mario games. For all the different games, the price can’t be beat either. I’ve owned 2, and I just keep going back.

Who cares if you own a PS4 or XBox. Switch is in a separate category all together. I use it for the portability, since it's obviously built for that. So most of my party games (Jackbox, Mario Party, Wheel of Fortune, ...) are all on my Switch. Easy to take with me to parties and play when I'm on vacation. Highly recommend this console for anyone who likes games on the go.

Another great Christmas gift for the kid. Portable and yet very powerful to use as a consol when needed. Turns out to be fun for the whole family as well with some games.

I ended up buying this console for my girl and I too play some games together and it has been very fun!! It has also been a very fun game for when family comes over or friends! It’s extremely easy to connect any additional controllers to the game console. I would not hesitate to recommend this to any friend or family member especially if they travel

Not as powerful as the Playstation or XBox, but it gives you portability and great games with surprisingly great graphics and gameplay. I love the versatility. You can play for hours while on the go or when the TV is occupied. The games don't tend to get discounted as much as the Playstation/XBox, but you can still find decent discounts on many games.

Amazing little console. Great fun to be had. Fast and keeps a charge. Portability is excellent.

This is an incredibly fun system. Per usual, Nintendo takes “video gaming” to a new experience level. The games are fun and creative. The system itself, although not exactly oriented towards the digital gaming service most of the world had become accustomed too, is worth every penny in terms of fun. Nobody does social gaming quite like Nintendo.

I have been trying to buy a switch since March! Each time a store would restock they would almost immediately sell out. I added this to my cart and while I was browsing for games this and the grey joy-con controller switch went out of stock. So lucky I placed my order in time to be able to bring this into my home. It's brought so much fun times.

I bought this for Christmas for my little siblings: an 8-year old and a 11-year old. Since Christmas day, this is all they have been doing. Since I bought a Switch Lite a couple of months ago, we can play together. The portability is awesome, the dock is easy to move around and set up, and it just helps lift the whole mood of the house.

Best idea for my family (and me mainly). We have had hours of fun playing together and the traffics when playing it in your hand as opposed to hooking it up to your tv is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to spend some time together with your family or just by yourself to help break up this monotonous living in the pandemic.

Came with everything in box kids loved it since it can be share and able to play multiple players games are not included but worth the fun for weekends to come!

This is our 2nd Switch. The whole family from 68 to 33 yrs wants to play on this! We got a number of games for the Switch and everybody is happy. Except that the first one was always in use! We project it onto the big tv so all can enjoy watching. But the household really got happier when we bought this 2nd one. Nobody is bored during lockdown. Yea!

I bought my Switch at launch so this review is kind of late, mind you. After owning it for over 2 and 1/2 years now I have been able to put this device to the test and, although not perfect, fits my expectations. The battery life when in handheld mode is the only downside, besides no 4K graphics, which I believe should have been integrated into it given the fact that other older systems have been able to achieve. I do like the fact that you can take it with you everywhere so that’s a plus. The games library is what keeps me interested in the system as I am a diehard Nintendo fan since I was a child. If Nintendo ever upgraded to a 4K model I would sink right in! I would love to see my favorite franchises such as Mario, Zelda and Pokémon in 4K glory.
