My nephew loves it good graphics and very convenient for road trips to keep the kiddos Entertained

Love the portability/hand-held capabilities of this, coupled with the ability to "switch" over to a larger screen. Battery life is great, amazing graphics for all the games i've played so far and fair price point (if you're one of the lucky ones to snag it at retail price). Thanks Nintendo!

Switch was genius, to be able to play on a monitor/tv to quickly into handleheld and vice versa! It’s ahead of its time

I have been having trouble finding one of these. Luckily I just happened to log on to Bestbuy.com and I was able to purchase it. I left like a winner. It’s an Amazing device my son truly enjoys it. I have to set limits on it as he wants to use it everyday all day. Great buy!!

Great fun for the entire family keeps my grandson occupied it’s educational he learns how to do things with the computer in the controllers everything is easily understandable and just an overall great game system to have we love it’s flexibility in the fact that you can hook it up to the TV or just use it as a standalone unit All by itself

Wow just wow. When the Switch was first revealed I didn't expect much out of it, but man was I wrong. The Switch is just such a great idea and it's executed so well. It doesn't feel cheap and works great. Only thing is, get a screen protector, it's needed. Not only is the console itself so amazing but it's got great games. The Switch has everything from Mario Odyssey, the first truly 3d Mario game since Sunshine, Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, Xenoblades, and Labo. Most importantly, there are amazing games coming like Pokemon, DK Tropical Freeze, Fire Emblem, Metroid Prime 4 , and Smash. If you haven't picked up a Switch, what's wrong with you? $300 may be a little steep, but it's definitely worth it, from the great hardware to great software.

My children are very happy with their new console. Watching them play is satisfying.

My current view on the Switch is a new and growing platform. With this in mind it is very polished and has a respectable game library. Nintendo is definitely behind it providing lots of updates and games. It’s availability is getting better and that is going to make it even more fun. The joycons are great and feel really solid. They are also very responsive. The portability is also great. We took it out to a barbecue and it was a hit. Battery life on the counsel is also really good we were out for a few hours and the Switch made it through. The parents control app is also great. It takes the pain of limiting you kids play away. When time is up they get plenty of notice that their time is up. You can even set it to shutdown if they do not listen to the notifications.

I purchased a Switch from my local BestBuy upon release. 9 months later I have no regrets. The hardware, while limited (no Bluetooth, voice chat, and only 32 gb internal memory), is excellent and has held up very well. Initially, my left joy-con controller had connection issues, but Nintendo’s customer service was fantastic and had it repaired within a matter of days. I have also added a tempered glass screen protector to avoid blemishes and a 128gb mico sd card to boost the overall storage. In addition to the solid hardware, the Switch has a stellar lineup of games—many of which are exclusives. Zelda BOTW, Mario Kart, Splatoon, and Super Mario Odyssey are must haves. There are solid third party titles as well, including NBA2k18, Doom, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, and Resident Evil Revelations. The system is rounded out by a large amount of indie games available for purchase through the system’s built in eshop. Standout titles include Snipper Clips, Golf Story, Steam World Dig 2, and Stardew Valley. Being able to play excellent titles how-you-want and when-you-want, is a godsend for the lapsed gamer like me. The Switch has allowed me to fold gaming back into my life.

Grand kids loved it . Portable easy to hook up fun to play.

I’m a 46 yr old mom and was mad at myself at first for splurging to get this for myself , but I love it my daughter and I play ours together and it’s fun time together.

Came as it's supposed to. Great product, works well with many different monitors no matter the size, so you can play on your 27" computer monitor or hook it up to an actual 50" TV and it'll still be a great experience. Being able to switch from one format to another is also such a convenience. It really changes the way games can be played.

My kids love the Nintendo games and they are only available on Nintendo, so we have a Wii, Wii-U and a Switch now. The switch is cross between a Wii-U console and a 2DSXL, it's portable but can play full screen like a Wii-U. Nothing spectacular about the switch, it's over priced and Nintendo games take for ever to start and play, no jumping right in with Nintendo games. I personally would have gone with a PS4 or Xbox One, heck both are so cheap, maybe I get an Xbox One for myself. Pros: It's Nintendo Great games Portable Cons: Needs a screen protector Limited number of games Controllers are crazy expensive $80 Controllers do not have replaceable batteries Over priced

I highly recommend the Nintendo Switch to anyone. It is easy to use and has plenty of games to select from, for various age levels. It looks great and works efficiently. It is easy to setup. It is practically 2 in 1.

Definitely a game changer when traveling long distances

I recommend getting this product, especially if you have kids. My kids and I were playing Mario Odyssey and I enjoyed them trying to teach me how to play. It was fairly simple to learn and it also gave me a chance to bond with my children. Christmas is on the way, I recommend whoever is reading this to no longer hesitate and get this switch

Love the switch. Always wanted one since it first came out

The Nintendo Switch will be a hot item for many months to come and for very good reason; the console is great! With hit titles of legendary characters like Mario Odyssey and Zelda: Breath of the Wild to newer franchises like Splatoon 2, the Switch gives hundreds of hours of real gaming versus the motion control gimmicks of the past 2 console efforts. Like the motion control games mini-games? They're still there with 1-2 switch, ARMS, etc. Nintendo made a system that causal and hardcore gamers will love for many years to come. The Cons- it doesn't have 4k or hdr or 3d or any other things that is the newest in TV technology. But the systems that can do that are upgraded versions of existing systems (some would call this double dipping) Game library is still sort of small for a console that has been out for over a year. Plenty to get your gaming on but some people say but PlayBox 5000 has 10000 games already. <shrug> Online multiplayer lacking behind other systems. This is a big one, make sure the people you play with have this system or that you don't mind waiting a little longer for matches at times. Bottom Line: Buy this system if you actually read this whole review
