Great handheld game for kids to play on long road trips

Bought the switch during the pandemic and it's been great for everyone! Kids and parents both have a great time playing together! Even our toddler grabs a steering wheel and plays Mario kart.

This is my second unit to keep my kids off of mine! Its been a huge hit in our house mostly because Nintendo just know hows to make FUN games not tired rehash that nickle and dime you to death! Jump on the wagon the switch is awesome!!

got it as a bday gift for my grandson and he loves it. no more having to borrow big brothers.

I love the versatility of this machine. The other night, I was playing Zelda and was gonna get ready for bed. I was disappointed I had to stop playing until I remembered I can snap the controllers back onto the console and take it with me to bed. The local multiplayer support is great and seamless. And you get 2 controllers for most games right out of the box. My only gripes are that I wish it had longer battery life (2-5hrs depending on the game), better speakers, a higher quality display (resolution is fine, but the colors are a bit washed out) and that it had a bit more muscle. There are some frame rate issues in the new Zelda game that could be fixed with a beefier processor. I really hope Nintendo releases a "pro" dock for the Switch that adds a processor into the dock for enhanced graphics and performance.

First I was a little skeptical because the price point was a little high, but after purchasing the console. I was not let down! The console is great for the family and makes traveling easier and fun! Especially if you have younger kids.

I've really liked this console, I especially love the ability to switch from having a game on the big screen to being able to walk around with it instantly. If one of my kids wants to play a game while everyone else wants to watch a movie, they can play the same game they would have on the big screen in the palm of their hand without taking up the big screen. The versatility of the console amazes me, Nintendo really hit it out of the park with this one, and the cost is so much more appealing than any other new console on the market.

You can play any game offline and take it anywhere. Great for groups or families because lots of people can play at once. I think we have 6 controllers and there have been many times that all are in use at once! Awesome that you can connect to a tv or it has its own screen on board for use anyplace - great for keeping kids entertained on road trips! Great range of games available including lots of games with that classic Nintendo charm and cuteness.

The coolest game system ever! Got it for my Daugther who is 5 and she loves it ! Perfect for the younger kids . I like how you can play on tv and also in hands ! Very happy with this purchase

What can I say about this console that hasn't already been said. The battery has improved over the original. The screen is more color accurate. We'll have to wait and see about the drift in the joy con.

The Nintendo Switch is a great product, and this one is no exception! I got it a bit later than it was set to arrive, but that’s no surprise considering the current state of the world. Other than that, this switch is great! A note: this is the second switch I’ve had to order from Best Buy. The first one was defective, and broke within 3 days of getting it. This was heartbreaking, considering it had takes me months of refreshing the website to find one in stock. When I returned it, they couldn’t replace it because they didn’t have any in stock. I was lucky to get this switch soon after, and so far it’s been great! A word of wisdom though: keep your receipts and boxes!

Waited forever to get this because it was out of stock for soo long. I was able to score it and have been playing it almost everyday. Love the fact it can be a handheld device as well.

This is the best console, I do Uber and Lyft for living and guest what, with my switch I don't get bored at all on my downtime. Really good to play on the go as well as play at home, nice resolution even on handheld mode. Recommended.

The games available are minimal, but the titles that are out are enjoyable. Puyo puyo Tetris, Splatoon 2, breath of the wild, snipperclips, and Mario odessey are all great games that make this console worth owning. As a 22 year old, the downsides are apparent though. The joy con controllers are small, small enough to feel bad in even average size hands, and the shape of them is more about the aethetics than the ergonomics. Holding them for a long play sessions can make my hands hurt.

Absolutely love this console!! It's amazing as a stationary console with amazing graphics but just as awesome when I take it on the go! It's lite and easy to use and to attach the controllers to the screen. I take it everywhere with me.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson & he loves it! I have played some Mario as well as racing games. It is do much fun! He plays with his friends & his older cousins. The portability is wonderful!

I think of all the systems out there the Switch is one of ,if not the best with the most versatility and options of games. Some games can be confusing but you eventually catch on with a bit of practice.
