I only got it a few days ago but I’ve already racked up a ton of hours on it. You really do get what you pay for with the switch. No problems with it, it holds up super well. The games for it are pricy, but you cam get a few games for free and those are really great as well.

The graphics are amazing. This can be hooked up to the tv to play games or you can take the console with you when you're on the go. Also it can be a two player game. Very happy with this purchase

Great casual console, game selection is getting better every month. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the controller is difficult to use for extended periods of time.

I’ve been having lots of fun with this Switch.. So much so, that we ended up getting a second one! Best handheld gaming system. So many advantages with the different features and play styles it offers. I can’t say the graphics are very pretty when using dock mode, but the condensed pixel count on the portable screen is what the hardware is better suited to handle.. Which is a reason I would primarily recommend a Switch for playing in portable mode. Having it on the go when you have spare time or on a road trip for example is a huge selling point. Even just chilling at home - from anywhere in your house.

This is a very good portable console. Definitely not cheap when you add up the necessities: Pro Controller (especially if you have big hands), micro SD card, SCREEN PROTECTOR (I got a scratch on it before I even removed it from the plastic (stupid really, I was untying the hdmi cable and one end of the cable dropped out of my hand and smacked right into the screen, scratching it through the plastic packaging), and a case if you want to take it anywhere. Only a few games are out at the moment, but between BOTW, Mario Kart Deluxe, Puyo Puyo Tetris and Snipperclips, I've barely touched my XBone in the last month. This console/portable definitely has the potential to print money for Nintendo. Buy one if you can find one.

Our 5 loves loves loves this device ! I would recommend it to any child . Especially the learning games you can download on them. It also has a great parental control system.

I love it, my 5 year old loves it, and it makes a friends night.

I highly recommend this item. This is the third one I have purchased over the last few years for my grandchildren. It works perfectly and is durable. It is a pleasure to buy something that actually works as it is supposed to work. I recommend buying the screen protector.

This is so convenient because you can play it anywhere! There are so many games already out for it and NO ONE beats the Nintendo Exclusive titles! Multiplayer on the go and online play!

Not much to say but if you love Nintendo and grew up playing it or your first time you will enjoy! Buy a micro sd card if you do plan on downloading any games as the onboard memory is very small. Pro controller is a great addition as well if playing on the TV.

Brass tacks: The Switch's gimmick is easily worth the $300 cost. The ability to take my home console to work, by bedroom, and - let's be honest - the bathroom is brilliant. The two biggest downsides are the power, storage space, and battery life. A hefty 500 GB or 1TB micro SD card and a portable power bank in your backpack would render the latter two fairly moot, though I haven't seen a personal need to shell out for either one, given my play-style. As of Aug/Sept '17, the game selection is pretty mediocre, actually. I have Zelda: BOTW, Splatoon 2, Sonic Mania, and Shovel Knight - stellar games which will last me a LONG while, but I'm still fairly disappointed there aren't more upcoming (i.e., 2018) games of interest other than Mario Odyssey, the eventual Metroid Prime 4, and the eventual Pokemon game. There are quite a few niche games (Persona 5, DanganRonpa V3) and AAA games I would love to have on the Switch, but between the console's underperformance and Nintendo's nonchalance toward third-party games, the Switch is probably not going to keep up it's Wii-comparable sales numbers for long, which will only make the lack of games even worse, as porting to it must be a nightmare for XB1/PS4/PC devs. As for Best Buy's side of things, I had to pick it up in-store; not sure why I wasn't able to have it shipped to my home, but c'est la vie. This would not be a huge deal, but the nearest location with it in-stock was an hour drive away! I would have happily waited another 2 days for my unit to be delivered to my local Best Buy, if picking it up in-store was genuinely necessary.

I give this product 5 stars but bought this on the cyber Monday sale and only got one of the free games that was to come with it. I spent a very long time on the phone trying to get that resolved and still haven’t received a confirmation that the other game has been ordered.

Having played almost every console that has ever been produced I have to say that the Nintendo Switch is simply amazing. The screen looks great, the interface is simple to use, and the controls feel great for me as well as my son. When connecting to a TV there is Zero loss in video quality. Again, Simply Amazing.

What can I say it is a Nintendo Switch. My only complain is with the way Nintendo manages the cloud data. If you want to sync the game data between two Nintendo Switches you have to manually push and sync down that info on each Switch one game at the time

Tell you the truth. I got the switch just in case if the world literally shut down for the second time because of Covid.

I know the Switch isn't as powerful as a PC, Xbox or PS. If you're looking for graphical realism, the Switch isn't for you. That being said, the Switch is more than capable of presenting gorgeous art styles and I find many of the games are beautiful. First and foremost though, the Switch is about fun. The added portability of being able to take your games with you wherever you want is icing on the cake, though I admit I play mostly in docked mode. There are several games out by now that are Switch-exclusive to justify buying one, and 2019 is seeing even more. Out of all the places to play games, I am most excited to see where Nintendo goes.

Amazing product. Looks great, battery could use a little more attention. It lasts on a full charge about 3 hours of straight playtime. But not too bad.
