This was a weird step for Nintendo to take, merging their portable and console business into one. However, i believe that this console will pay off much more than the Wii u. Its great to be able to take your games anywhere you want! Playing Zelda at home or on a plane or another friends house is awesome. The simplicity of the dock and go is awesome and great for console appeal. The hardware has great build quality that doesn't scream cheap toy like the Wii u. Its elegant and sleek yet it has the Nintendo charm we all love. The joycons are actually pretty good controllers too surprisingly. Although small in my hands, they are still comfortable and have some weight to them.

It's great entertainment, the games are a little expensive but on the Nintendo E-shop has some good deals. Nice screen and i love how you can put it on the TV. I got it for my daughter to keep her entertained during this pandemic and she loves it!!!

The Switch combines the best of console gaming with the convenience of a portable. Start your game at home and then take it with you wherever you go! It also doesn't hurt that the system launched with Zelda: Breath of the Wild, one of the highest rated games of all times. If you have the opportunity to grab this console, do it, you won't be disappointed.

The Nintendo Switch may not be the most technically advanced console on the market, however it is the most flexible. Switching from handheld mode to TV mode is as easy and effortless as the advertisements make it out to be! The Nintendo Switch is a pioneer for what playing games will be like in the future. You can play any time, any where, and any way you like. Sony and Microsoft would be smart to consider implementing similar design decisions into their next consoles. Nowadays, most people are always on the go and don't have time to sit down for hours in front of the TV. This is the console for the people like me who are always on the go, and rarely at a standstill.

The console works amazing. I love the ability to switch between playing from the game pad to playing on my TV.

We got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it! Mom & Dad love that there are lots of games rated “E” for everyone which is great for our 8 yr old. Getting a memory card is a good idea as several games require large downloads and need the extra storage.

If you’re looking for insane graphics 1080p and 4K gaming you’re out of luck. The switch is not for you. I only use this in portable mode. The gameplay on the go is what shines on this console. The focus on this is games and by far they have an excellent lineup. Would recommend this for anyone.

This is an excelent purchase if you're looking to have some fun with the whole family. There's so many games to play with more than one player and the best thing is you can play on the go!

We purchased the Nintendo Switch for our son for his 9th birthday...of course it was a big hit!! He absolutely loves it! From a parent’s perspective... We wanted a system that was a little more family friendly since we also have a younger son and this system is what was recommended to us, and so far so good. It was really simple to set up (and we seriously are not good with techy things at all) and parental controls are easy to add as well. We also love the portability aspect of the Switch, so if we want to use the TV that it’s hooked up to, our son can take it off the dock and play it elsewhere. Really great, and highly recommend!

It’s nice to play snow runner or Mario party again on this thing

I only jumped on the bandwagon because I'd been playing on my friend's switch and quarantine seemed like the perfect time to grab one. I waited until it was in stock and had a mad dash to checkout. The system has great graphics and sound for a handheld and also holds charge for 3-4 hours! I'm really enjoying the experience so far as a first time gaming console owner and I am especially pleased with Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on here. I'll try to update if there are any controller drift issues with the joycons in relation to how long I've had them.

I bought for Christmas giftfor my granddaughter and they liked it. Plays it all day long and at night time.

What's most amazing about this console is the portability. To be able to play AAA games on the go that's not touch control like ipads/iphones or semi decent graphics like ps vita and 3ds but instead full fledged games.. it's a dream come true. The console doesn't get hot in your hands, at most it gets warm but is never uncomfortable. The screen is nice and bright but it is made of plastic so it will scratch if thrown loosely into a bag with other items, make sure to buy a screen protector (If you can get your hands on one). I've put 70+ hours into Zelda alone and i'm super excited for amazing Nintendo games to be released and super happy that the Nintendo Switch exists.

Kiddo loves this thing. It only plays Hulu as far as streaming. But the games are great.

What a comeback by Nintendo. They made a sleek, fun portable gaming system with a small launch batch of games, but a solid batch. I hope the switch catches on because this thing is addicting.
