Nice system and portable. It has a lot of video games and many different styles, but... sometimes, I think it falls short in power.

Reviewing as a busy parent I love what Nintendo has done. Being able to play full top tier games anywhere is the best thing I could ask for. The build is solid and I have had no issues or defects with the unit itself. Having a portable full system obviously means that it won't have the power of a dedicated home system but Nintendo has shown with Zelda that anybody who wants to put a great looking and playing game on the system can. Battery life is respectable and the USB C port offers many options for keeping juiced up for long trips. I've docked my rating a score for two reasons. The hidden costs of the system (sd card, pro controller, travel charger, tempered glass screen protector) can add up fast as most accessories are priced pretty high. Second, the hardware is ready for prime time but the features of the system software seemed lacking and incomplete. Game save management, no virtual console, lack of browser or apps and common online game and social features like chat and achievements are not present which seems out of touch for a dedicated gaming system. My confidence in the system will greatly improve with a solid E3 showing this June that show off more AAA games are in the pipeline and updates with the system ecosystem itself. You may not use all the play styles the Switch can offer, but whatever one you use I'm confident you'll be happy with it.

So much fun to be had and this is the gateway. You get the switch, controllers, console mount with power supply and HDMI cable, controller holder to make a single handheld controller and controller holders with lanyards.

I know it’s supposed to be for both, but I really just love this as a premium feeling handheld system that just so happens to be dockable for use on a TV. I do wish the onboard memory was larger but with microSD cards being so cheap its pretty affordable to just go with a good 64GB or 128GB (which is what I did) for extra space. I just can’t wait for the better docks to come out because the system does seem to run hot when docked. Awesome buy and I hope that all that want one has gotten one by now. If you love handhelds this is a must buy, but this is by no means a full replacement for your PS4 or XB1 in my opinion.

I waited a really long time to get this because of the price point but it was so worth it when I got it. It’s like having a full size game console in a little hand held device. I may be biased because I’m a die hard Nintendo fan since practically birth, but If you’re debating getting this, don’t. Just get it. The only thing that isn’t really mentioned is that in order to play online with others unlike other Nintendo consoles like the DS is that you have to pay a yearly fee! That may be common knowledge to some but I didn’t know that. It’s only like $20 a year though.

I have bought a number of switches since they came out.I love this hybrid great fun for the whole family. It works both on the TV and in handheld mode and has alot of other features to get more bang for your buck!!

Fast shipping, product was packaged nicely and arrived exactly as I’d hoped it would. The switch is a fun system and it’s portable which is super convenient. Don’t pay the crazy prices, wait until you find it in stock for the regular price. I planned on buying two, one for each of my kids but decided to get one and see if they liked it. Happy to report they both loved it and now we’ll get the second one, it’s worth it! Very happy with my purchase!

Ever since the Nintendo Switch was announced, I was excited to get my hands on one. I finally had enough money to purchase it when it went on sale at Best Buy. Purchasing the Nintendo Switch was an incredible idea because not only can it give you endless hours of entertainment but you can use this console anywhere off the gaming dock. I went to a party with it and let's say that my console was the life of the party. Everybody had tons of fun playing with it, competing against each other in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart. I highly recommend getting this product.

This is a Xmas gift for my son but he has played on his friends system and he loves it, so I bought one for him. Nintendo always makes quality systems so I’m sure this game console is any different. I know he will be one excited young man this Xmas when he opens his gift.

Built-in kickstand is weak. I brought separate portable stand for this. But otherwise, this is a solid game console. It has quality game selections.

I was a bit nervous about buying this for my 10 year old granddaughter but so far so good! She plays it a lot! It's been dropped numerous times and handled pretty rough by a often frustrated little girl and has held up admirably!

We have not had a chance to play many games but the kids love playing the game solo or together on the tv.

I have absolutely loved Nintendo platform games forever. I sold my Atari 2600 and bought my first Nintendo for Mike Tyson’s PunchOut. Still a Mario and Zelda fan to this day. The Switch is another excellent product from Nintendo. A lot of games to choose from. Still waiting on Metroid and a true StarFox game. Contra is coming out soon. Mortal Kombat 11 is awesome, especially the new fatalities!! Worthy of the 5-star rating, I would buy a separate remote that you will be comfortable using. The joy-cons and supplied remote accessory are still a little small for me.

I love my nintendo switch for my son. Online service's was on time and prices just right.

I had purchased this for myself. This is my first gaming device. The switch is so easy to use. This also has good battery life. I would definitely recommend.

This has turned into my favorite console out of PS4 and XBOX1. Ultra mobile with great battery life and easy connection to tv for big screen gaming.

I got it through curbside pickup. The console is working great. Although I am a bit worried about joycon drifting issues in the future. I wish Best Buy could keep a bigger stock because the pick up date was delayed.

I was a bit hesitate to get one as I already hace the brother two console brands. For my surprise Im know more into the switch than my the other consoles. games are addictive and retro games are simply wonderful.. donkey Kong junior etc

I love my Nintendo switch. The only thing I dont like too much, is the games. There are only a few games that grab my attention, unlike PlayStation. It would be better a more open game variety but that is on Nintendo.
