The switch is super silck and feels great in the hand. I've used it loads just laying in bed with it in handheld mode. I love how portable it is and I love playing with a screen in my hand. While laying down it can cramp your hand a bit if you lay on your side but obviously it probably wasn't made for that specifically. One thing to keep in mind is that it doesn't come with any screen covers or case to carry it around in if you do take it on the go so I would recommend buying one of those separately. It makes travelling with it feel a lot safer. Overall a great gaming system with great games that feels... great!

This switch was purchased as a gift for an adult. The switch is as expected, but the red (right) joy-con “drifts” while playing games (like Zelda: Breath of the Wild). The “A” button on the same joy-con also does not always work. The button has to be pressed several times for it to work or is often delayed. Not at all what is expected with a brand new game system that costs over $300. A $50 Nintendo switch controller was purchased separately to rectify the situation, but the controller does not have the gyroscope ability, making parts of certain games non-operable. Nintendo will be contacted to see if something can be done. We are pretty disappointed, but apparently it’s very common.

The Nintendo switch is amazing. It is a great console that can turn portable if needed. The Nintendo Eshop is filled with tons of games and the switch is great to get friends together and play party games. Unfortunately, the switch that I bought is making a loud noise which sounds like it might be an issue with the fan. The system works fine at the moment but it does get loud at times usually when the system is first turned out. I plan to ship it back to Nintendo to get in fixed. Other than that, I’m glad I purchased a switch.

My daughter wanted a switch for her 7th birthday and she loves it. Wish it came with more games on the actual console that were free but what do I know. I haven’t played anything like this since I was my daughter’s age.

Love the versatility of this system. Going from a console to a handheld is a great concept. Also love the free NES and Super NES games included.

really wish they had had the ac version in stock because i wanted that one instead but got this one quickly and on time

Super fun not really much to say about the switch that hasn’t been said already, i have always gravitated towards nintendo even as an adult tons of fun titles and easy to use good console for any home the portability aspect is a major plus it’s just like have a ds you can plug up the screen. I haven’t personally experienced any joy con drifting but i am by no means an intense gamer and play mainly puzzle, platform, and rpg games. I honestly think the prices point is amazing for the overall value.

This has been a great device. Our son uses it every day. Both hand held and console offer great gaming experience each time.

Over wall the battery life is actually good. The controllers themselves last for days and the tablet part will last about 3-4 hours playing heavy game. The biggest surprise was that the tablet itself on standby is really good. leaving it alone for about a week and went to check it. It was still at 75%. Only complaint is the add ons and lack on storage. other than that its great.

Great system at a great value. Portability is great but the controllers that come with it are exceptionally small for adult hands without using the included joy con grip.

The switch is awesome. I love the portability of it. Plenty of variety of games and I love that I can play them on the go as someone who's usually on the move.

Overall, one of the most complete consoles with too many different ways to play and have fun for adults and kids

While she has not opened yet to make sure no defects... all she has talked about the past year is this console. I am sure she will be extremely happy and I only purchase these types of electronics from Best Buy as I have always had outstanding support at my local store.

We had planned on purchasing a switch before the lockdown. Since inventory was low, I would check first thing in the morning for one to arrive in stock. Thankfully, was able to catch this and we have enjoyed playing it thoroughly

Fun for all ages. The variety of ways to use the controllers is a modern feature that makes game play interesting in a new way.

The Nintendo switch is great for family fun. It really helps bring the family together!

Great gaming system I bought as a gift for my 19 year old son. Compact and easy to tote back and forth to college. Nintendo makes a great product.

We bought one for each of our kids (10 & 6) and they both love it! It’s so portable, great game selection & when we put it on our tv all 4 of us can play!

I bought this for my husband so he could play Super Smash Ultimate. He loves it. It’s great to play with friends. It’s also really cool that it’s portable!
