Bought system for kids for Christmas . Only thing kids wanted

It a vary neat device. It’s fun to use and has a fair amount of games to get for the system that I feel are worth my time. Not the latest and greatest in graphics but still has game design that is so captivating and beautiful. Kids love it obviously. You really can’t go wrong with it.

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical of purchasing a Nintendo system after the way they dropped the ball with the Wii. But after playing with the Switch, I'm am not skeptical anymore. This system is awesome and I cannot put it down...literally. You can pick up this system and play it tablet style anywhere you go. I love how easy it is to split the controllers off and give one to my daughter or wife for quick player vs player action. Currently the library of games is thin...but the lineup of games to be released soon looks great, and I will be buying a ton of them. This system is a must buy, especially if you have people in your household who are playing games on tablets and phones...they'll dive right into a system which lets them play full games on the portable game system.

The battery life on the new model is great. Make a difference for more intensive games. Nintendo needs to come down on the price of all these reports though.

I love it but god having no games with it sucks need a bundle

I am, in some opinions, to old to spend as much time as I do on video games, but the fact remains that I am, and have been, and avid gamer since 1987 when my parents bought me my first NES. I also travel a lot for work, so something to help bridge the gap between home console and portable gaming system was something that really grabbed my attention. My kids own a Switch and it's been intriguing to me since it was first announced, but after the past few systems (which we owned) I wasn't completely sold on Nintendo's direction. Here's the summation: The hardware itself is a marvel. What they accomplish and the form factor in which they do so is absolutely incredible. It feels solid, but not heavy and ungainly. The battery life is acceptable for the form factor. The screen is great. The controllers, while small, are surprisingly comfortable to use (although I only use them with the included grip). Here are my complaints: Nintendo accessories are expensive, and I wish they'd offer a first party portable style dock (There are solutions and I've found them, I just wish Nintendo would have put more effort into it). The joy-cons, while impressive, are ridiculously expensive compared to their competitors. But mainly, my biggest complaint is; Games! Would you like a port of this best seller from last ten consoles? Great, because aside from a very few first party franchises, thats all you're gonna get. I know that Nintendo can make great games, and they have, but they're so limited. I know that the switch is capable of running AAA titles, because it does, but they're so limited. Overall, great system. Wish there was more software available for a long time gamer like myself.

This game has a great interface the console is very easy to use it's good that you can go from handheld to television also the selection of games is good for beginners and for kids and adults.

great device...hope there will be many more games coming, but Nintendo seems to keep quality over quantity in games. Overall, easy to use and enjoyable. Most of the time we use it as a handheld, rather than connected to TV
